Trusting the timing of your life meditation.
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Either seated with a tall spine or lying down fully supported.
Allow your eyes to gently close and take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
Let this be a moment to release the pressure to be anywhere but here.
Bring your attention to your body.
Feel where it connects with the ground or surface beneath you.
Let your shoulders drop.
Unclench your jaw.
Relax your hands.
With each breath out,
Imagine any tension slowly melting away.
You don't need to hold on to everything right now.
This is your time to simply be.
Now shift your focus to your breath.
There's no need to change it.
Just observe its natural rhythm.
Inhale and exhale.
Let the breath bring you into the present moment.
Silently say to yourself,
With each breath,
I return to this moment.
With each breath,
I come home to myself.
Bring to mind something in your life that feels uncertain or unresolved.
Notice any feelings that arise,
Perhaps worry,
Impatience or doubt.
Allow them to be here without trying to change or fix them.
As you breathe,
Visualize a path gently unfolding before you.
Not all at once,
But step by step,
Just enough to see where to place your next foot.
Repeat silently,
I trust the timing of my life.
I let go of urgency and open to the wisdom of the now.
Feel into the truth that not everything needs to be known today.
Trust arises when we make peace with the unknown.
Now rest in the stone is gently repeating.
I trust the path beneath my feet.
I am guided.
I am supported.
I am exactly where I need to be.
Let each breath reaffirm your ability to surrender and trust the flow of your journey.
Take one more deep grounding breath in and exhale with a sense of release.
Begin to bring small movements back into your body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Maybe stretch if that feels good.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
