We're just going to begin to take a snapshot of how we're doing this evening.
So maybe when I said that,
Some words began to pop up to you.
Or sensations or feelings,
Emotions.
Acknowledging that life is always ebbing and flowing.
So if we are feeling a little off this evening,
Knowing that we will flow back in to a place of being more comfortable inside.
And also acknowledging that if you're feeling really good,
That that is also not constant.
And so really being present within this sensation,
This emotion.
Noticing how your physical body is feeling.
Maybe perhaps when I asked you to check in of how you're doing this evening,
You noticed some certain little aspects of the body that popped up.
Maybe areas that are tight or tense,
Tired or relaxed.
And this is how we're doing today.
This is who we are this evening,
Physically,
Emotionally.
And we're going to accept this person for as they are.
And if you have not done so already,
Let's begin to tune into our breath.
We're going to add on some counting,
But let's just first start by acknowledging how long your breath is.
Whether you can tell that it stops in a certain point of the body and then it begins to turn into the exhale.
Even if your breath feels fluid or jagged or harsh,
Even.
Maybe expansive.
Just noticing the quality,
The length,
How your breath is doing and feeling this evening.
And now we're going to add on to the breath by adding a count.
The inhale will be a length of four.
And the exhale will be a count of six.
And so you get to choose the speed of your counting.
You get to choose when you want to start it.
It's your body.
And it might take a couple rounds of breathing to lengthen the exhale to that number.
To kind of fit into that pattern of inhaling four and then exhaling six.
And so take your time.
Being completely comfortable in this breath pattern.
And so if you need to speed up your counting,
You can.
Or if you feel like you need to fill the breath or lengthen the breath,
Then count a little slower.
And eventually settling into this rhythmic pattern of inhaling four and exhaling six.
And as you breathe,
If you still notice areas that feel tight or gripping or bracing,
With each exhale,
I want you to send your breath to that area.
And let it relax.
Let it let go.
Release the holding on.
And you may not be in an entire place of surrendering and letting go.
But maybe just lowering.
If you were gripping,
Maybe just gripping a little less.
And we'll continue to settle the body by doing a little bit of grounding.
And so I want you to transport yourself to a grassy area.
And specifically,
The surface below your feet will be moss.
So not grass,
But moss.
And you'll just begin standing on this moss.
There's nothing around you.
You can see the horizon,
A beautiful blue-colored sky.
The sky is clear.
You feel the sun.
And below your feet,
You feel the moss.
And in this meditative state,
Begin walking at a very slow pace.
And with each step,
You will feel the moss underneath of the soles of your feet.
And you can even feel that your foot is making an imprint with each step.
And when your foot lifts for the next step,
It's almost as if the moss bounces back up to its original state.
You can feel the coolness underneath of your feet,
Even a little squishy.
But it's also supportive.
It's holding you up.
And you continue walking.
You don't care where you're going.
You don't have any plan or needing to do anything in this moment.
The only thing you need to do is walk and feel the soles of your feet connecting to the earth below you.
Your attention travels from your head.
Maybe it was busy when we first started.
And it travels down the body.
And you just say,
What are my feet doing?
And eventually,
We will begin to slow down and come to a stop.
You take a deep breath in.
You feel the crisp air around you.
And as you exhale,
You imagine like you're going to send your breath down the body,
Through the feet,
Into the earth.
Grounding yourself even more.
And underneath your feet,
You can begin to visualize little roots growing.
And they are small.
But there is many of them.
And they create just as a grounding sensation as if that root was really deep and thick.
So it's almost as if these little roots are tiny yet mighty.
And you stand here strong in your legs.
Your chest rises up proudly.
You raise your head just slightly so you can feel the sun on your face.
Your shoulders relax away from your ears.
And you feel how strong and steady you are as you connect to the earth in silence,
Just standing.
Allowing any distractions or busyness to fall away.
And you can even imagine as if you will drop it on the ground next to you.
And in this proud,
Strong stance,
Slowly beginning to walk again.
And as we walk,
We eventually begin to find ourselves standing in front of a waterfall.
There's the edge of the grassy knoll area.
And you begin to walk down on the rocks into the water.
Making your way through a pool of water.
And eventually underneath of this waterfall.
The water is strong and cleansing.
It creates a relaxing sensation on your body.
The water pours down on your head,
Touching each portion of your body.
Cleansing your energy body,
As well as the physical body.
This water detoxes you.
Removes any stagnation or debris,
Any sludge.
Heals you to the deepest layer of your cells.
And as you stand here in this waterfall,
You can feel that you're brightening in your body.
You can feel that anything not serving you is being released,
Is being washed away.
Maybe even offering into the water anything that is specifically affecting you right now.
Asking that it is washed away and cleared.
And whenever you feel ready,
Beginning to walk out of the waterfall into that pool of water.
Feeling at peace,
Feeling clear.
Even feeling a gentle smile on your face.
And not having to walk too far,
You sit upon a big rock that overlooks the grass where you just were.
As well as the waterfall.
It's almost as if this rock was perfectly made for you when you take a seat.
It's almost as if this rock is a chair supporting you underneath of your body.
And exactly how you sit there,
The rock is indented as it supports your entire body.
The radiant sun is shining down on your body.
And it's almost as if the rays of the sun are beginning to touch down onto your skin.
Filling your entire body with light.
And as you sit here,
Supported by this steady rock,
Feeling the rays of the sun.
You're even more at peace.
You're even more calm.
Relaxed.
Clear.
And at this time,
If you would like to invite in any of your guides or angels,
Anyone who supports you,
You could do so now.
Only those of the highest vibration.
Only those of the light.
And maybe even,
You just want to sit by yourself.
So whatever you're being called to do.
And we will take several moments of silence,
Sitting here in this meditative place.
And you'll be here until you hear my voice again.
And if you have traveled off to a deep meditative place,
Beginning to bring yourself back.
And if you called upon anyone to sit with you in your meditation,
Sending gratitude towards them.
Maybe even taking note of any messages or inspiration or information that you'd like to take with you.
And let's start to bring ourselves back into our bodies,
Into the rooms where we're located.
And just come back to that breath pattern.
And again,
Inhaling four,
Exhaling six.
And allowing that breath counting to just slip away.
Your awareness is now on your heart center.
You could just direct your attention there.
You could stack one hand on top of the other.
On top of the heart center,
Or even bring your hands to prayer.
And before we conclude,
Acknowledging ourselves.
Acknowledging the work that we put in.
The love that we put in for others.
Directing that love towards ourselves.
And acknowledging that those moments that we might not feel comfortable inside,
Those could be times to grow or learn.
Or perhaps we are in a more settled place.
Maybe that's our opportunity when we help others.
Acknowledging where you are this evening,
This week,
Even this month.
Accepting it from my heart center to each of yours.
I'm deeply grateful that you've joined me this evening.
Namaste.
