A Healing Visualization For Immunity

The whole world, en masse, is being asked to heal. This is a simple guided visualization to increase your body's ability to create and promote healing, protective energy. This is the practice I give my lightworkers who are walking into hospitals and orphanages and disaster zones, places where disease flourish.

Do the common sense things: wash your hands. Stay home. Touch each other’s souls, not each other’s hands. Protect yourself while you’re doing it. Be well, friends.

Really loved this. Feel really great now and like imcan breath deeper. Also appreciated there not being music. Anyone with hearing issues really find it hard to have music there too especially it the balance is not great. It there's anyway to feed that back to the community, it would make a big difference.
