Let's think back together over everything that happened.
Let's think about how it made us feel.
And just explore if we're still holding on to any of that.
Are you holding on to it in your body somewhere?
Is there tension or tightness?
Is there a feeling in the pit of your stomach?
Is your mind racing?
Are there thoughts you can't switch off?
Is there something you wish you said that you hadn't?
Is there something that you wish you'd done that you didn't?
Let's let it go now.
Feel it on the inhale and on your exhale let it go.
We don't need to take any of that into sleep with us.
And we don't need to take it into tomorrow.
Inhale it in.
And exhale let it go.

How did that go?
Did you show up and let yourself be guided by the intention that you set this morning?
How can you do better at that tomorrow?
How can you feel fully into the intention that you set for the day?

Do you know what happened today that you can say thank you for?

Are you grateful for your bed,
For the roof over your head,
For the food that you've eaten today,
For the job that you went to work in?
Are you grateful for the people in your house?
Are you grateful for the people on the other end of the phone who've checked in with you today?
Are you grateful for friends?
Are you grateful for movement?
Let that be the feeling that we take into sleep with us.
How does it feel in the body?
Is it a warm,
Cosy feeling?
See if you can radiate that feeling out.
And see if you can let it spread all the way to the tips of your toes,
The tips of your fingers,
On the top of your head.
Where did you feel connected today?
Where did you feel connected to Source,
To a higher power,
To God,
To the universe,
To whatever way you understand that universal energy to be?
What were you doing when you felt that connection?
How can you do more of it tomorrow?
Can you feel it now?
Can you close your eyes and tune in to Source,
Higher power,
Highest self?
Can you ask,
Where did I do my best today?
Can you ask,
What would you have me do?
And can you feel the protection and the love that surrounds you?
Feel it in the tips of your fingers,
