This is Sarah and I'm so happy to be back with you again.
Welcome to this series of guided meditations for manifesting with each phase of the moon.
This meditation is for the new moon and you can use it at any new moon.
This is an opportunity to relax,
To get quiet and to dream up a new beginning for yourself.
Each new moon represents the ending of one cycle and the beginning of another and we can use this energy to manifest anything that we wish to call into our lives.
So to begin let's get comfortable either lying down on your back,
Head supported with a pillow and maybe even covering yourself with a blanket.
You might choose to sit up in a comfortable supported position but wherever you are close down your eyes and just bring yourself into this present moment to hear and to know.
Take in deep breaths in and letting long slow exhales just help you to feel calmer and more relaxed.
So let's get comfortable.

And each time that you exhale see if you can bring relaxation to every part of your body.
Start at the crown of your head and see if you can relax your forehead,
Your temples,
Your eyebrows,
Your nose.
See if you can unclench your jaw.
Relaxing the throat and the chest and the shoulders and the arms.
Moving awareness down through the chest down to your belly and seeing if there's any tension or anxiety or butterflies there.
And if there is just breathing in and with each exhale seeing if you can let go of any tension,
Any anxiety.
Just feeling that relaxation.
Spreading all the way down your body down through your pelvis,
Your hips,
Down through the thighs and the knees.
All the way down the calves to the ankles,
The feet and the toes.
Letting go of any thoughts that might be tapping at the back of your head.
And knowing that you can come back to them later or they might not seem so important after all.
In the hours before the moon is new,
The sky is bright.
But it's filled with stars and possibility.
So bring to mind now that dark sky and those little pinpricks of stars,
Each one representing the very beginning of a new idea,
A new thing that we all have.
A new idea,
A new thing that you're going to manifest in your life.
And then focus in just on one tiny spot of light in that dark sky.
And start to expand it out.
And as it expands,
Turn it into a picture.
Bring to mind whatever it is you wish to manifest with this new moon.
And see yourself as if it's already happened.
Make the picture move if you wish.
And see yourself in this new reality.
What do you look like?
What are you wearing?
Who are you?
Who are you with?
Where are you?
Is anyone with you?
See yourself going around your day in this new reality that you have manifested.
And notice how you feel.
Are you smiling?
Are you laughing?
Do you feel confident?
Do you feel comfortable and safe and secure?
Can you feel the joy and the happiness and the abundance and the love that surrounds you in this new reality that you have created?
And as you watch your picture and you expand that pinprick of possibility in the dark sky,
Let all those feelings of joy and happiness and abundance and comfort and safety and security spread all the way through your body.
Feel them from the top of your head to the tips of your toes and feel yourself tingle in anticipation of that new reality that you know is coming.
Trust that it will be delivered.
Watch your picture or your movie and feel all of those sensations in your body and trust in the knowing that this will all be delivered to you soon.
And as you watch and you feel,
Say thank you.
Feel deep appreciation and gratitude for this brand new reality that you have created.
Feel it as if it is already here and feel so thankful that you have been able to do this.
Feel it as if it is already here and feel so thankful and so grateful for everything that you have manifested in your life.
Say to yourself,
I create my reality.
I trust that everything I am grateful for will be manifesting in my life soon.
I create my own reality.
I trust that everything I am manifesting will be reality soon.
Hold on to those feelings.
You can say and so it is.
Starting to bring some movement back now.
Wiggling your fingers,
Wiggling your toes.
Maybe you like to stretch.
And then whenever you are ready,
You can open your eyes filled with energy and gratitude for this brand new reality that you are calling into your life.
You might like to write down a set of affirmations that you can say every day.
Or you might write to like some intention statements.
I will.
I am.
I intend to.
But most of all,
Trust.
Trust that you are a powerful creator.
The creator of your own reality.
And that everything you are manifesting will be reality soon.
