In this meditation you will be guided into the enchanted forest.
You will get the opportunity to transform your shadow sides,
Meet the mother tree and step into the stone gate.
So just listen within and follow your heart and dive into the inner planes for a while.
So let's begin.
Breathe deeply three times.
Feel your weight on the surface.
Gather your attention behind your forehead.
And imagine you have a strong connection to the earth.
And allow the earth to attract everything you're ready to release and everything that stops you from being here and now.
Imagine you are closing your eyes once more.
You are standing on a big flat stone embraced by the enchanted forest.
The stone is warm under your feet.
It is steady and trees rise high above you.
And the ground is covered with the softest grass.
Flowers and plants in all colors of the universe shimmering around you.
And the flowers sounds as children's laughter if you happens to touch them.
Leaves of the trees ring like bells in the wind.
You start to walk.
Upwards towards a mountain.
Gigantic stones covered in moss guides you on the path.
You're guided towards a big mountain with a cave.
And the opening is dark.
You see that it leads deeper and deeper into the mountain's heart.
And you know that this road is a path to the troll king's court.
You're stepping into the cave.
It gets darker.
Torches create shapes of shadows on the walls.
You walk deeper and deeper into the mountain,
Trolls staring at you as you pass by.
And now you enter the troll king's hall.
It is big and lined with piles of gold.
A cauldron stands over an open fire.
And the troll king is sitting on his throne right in front of you.
He is big,
Ugly and faithful of words.
And you kneel in front of him,
He stares into your soul with his black,
Penetrating gaze.
He encourages you to reveal your shadow side.
And you open up and tell him all about the things that you never told anyone.
What are you telling the troll king?
Is it about your envy?
Greed?
Is it about jealousy?
Resentment?
And when you reveal your shadow side,
A gold coin falls into the bowl between you.
The piles of gold money grows and grows.
The troll king stares at you into your deepest core.
He sees you haven't told him everything.
He sees you haven't told him everything.
When you are done,
The troll king looks at you with acknowledgement.
He takes the bowl with the gold money.
He lets the coins flow in a small leather bag.
And he shakes the leather bag and the coins transformed into assets.
He reaches out and puts the bag into your heart.
You stand up,
Turn around and walk back through the tunnel and back into the enchanted forest.
The forest shows you a path through the trees.
The flowers blinds your path.
They are smelling divine.
They are guided further and further into the forest.
And the forest opens up and you stand before a gigantic tree.
You stand before Mother Tree and her branches high and wide and you know she has been here since the beginning of time.
And she has the answers to your inner questions.
You approach her and you start to climb up and along the tree trunk,
Round and round.
Her wide branches guides you and supports you step by step.
The tree is dry under your hands and you walk around and around the enormous tree trunk.
Higher and higher.
And you feel safe and calm.
You reach an opening in the tree trunk and you step inside and the tree embraces you,
Closes around you.
It's dark and you smell wood and soil.
You feel safe and loved.
And Mother Tree asks of you to reveal your inner heart's question.
Just be still,
Be calm and listen within.
Mother Tree will give you the answer you seek.
I'm still feeling this rush of laughter,
Let me give you some room.
It's time to move on now.
You step outside and she offers you a branch.
You step onto the branch that safely brings you down to the ground.
The path is wider and paved with stones.
And the forest shifts into pine trees,
Tall trees.
Bruces and pines,
They rise like giant pillars around you,
High as buildings.
The air is fresh,
The smells of pine trees.
And ahead you see a field with a small hill.
The circle of enormous stones stands on the hill.
And in the middle of the circle you see a stone gate.
The opening of the stone gate vibrates and shimmers of light.
This is the gate to the spirit world where your true self is revealed.
The intense power beams from the opening and you step into the shimmering,
Vibrating light.
Silence and clear light everywhere.
The light embraces you and you know that you are the truth and you have everything that the outer world can offer you.
You are the manifestation of light,
Spirit on earth.
And be still for a while and just listen and receive the truth about who you really are.
And now it is time to go back.
You step out into the circle of stones,
Full of power and confidence.
And you start to walk back down the small hill and into the forest.
And be open to the gift it may offer you on your way home.
And now you reach the small opening with a flat stone.
You step onto the stone.
You close your eyes again and your back in your body.
And gather your attention behind your forehead.
Be aware of your connection to the ground.
Imagine a shimmering golden sun above your head filled with your own power and everything you need.
And the golden sun starts to fill you up,
It fills up your head,
Your throat,
Your shoulders,
Down your arms and out in your hands.
The golden sparkling light fills up your upper body and down your legs,
Into your feet,
Into your feet.
So you are a beam of light,
A golden star,
Full of power and wellbeing.
