Lektion 1
Dream Basics
This lesson outlines the basics of dreams, metaphysical theories of where dreams come from, why we dream, and why dreamwork is important. As a way to practice, you can begin with a dream journal. Just as you’d grow tired of speaking to a friend who never listens, you may find that your dream awareness fades if you don’t stay attuned to it. In order to help you facilitate a flow of dream communication, acquire a journal that you specifically use to record your dreams. If you want to enhance the process, you can incorporate freewriting either before bed or upon waking, as it will help create space in your mind to receive your dreams.
Lektion 2
Dream Symbology
Interpreting dreams requires a unique blend of reasoning and intuition, so you must understand the language of dreams and learn to speak it. In this lesson we talk about the relationship of form and function in understanding dream symbols, as well as metaphysical meanings of common dream symbols.
Lektion 3
Dream Interpretation
This lesson offers teachings to help you put the whole picture of your dream messages together. You'll receive some key points to remember, as well as a step-by-step process for interpreting AND applying your dream messages, in a way that's both approachable and versatile.
Lektion 4
Dream Interpretation In Action
In this lesson, I review examples from my own life (and my dream journals), and share about how my dreams reflected my waking experiences, as well as the insight I received. I share two dreams recorded a month apart, and how reflecting upon them and their meaning proved helpful both in the moment and in hindsight.
