Lektion 1

You Are Made Of Love

This introductory session will help you soften to the knowing that you are made of the same energy we will learn to call in. There is no need to be afraid, apprehensive or doubt your ability to do this. It is a feeling of “coming home” that is better “felt” in our bodies than “thought” in our heads. This session will help you feel at ease with the concept of Energy Healing and explains some key terms for the course.

Lektion 2

Grounding With Earth

It is important you develop the skill of “Grounding”. This allows energy that is stagnant, that has been taken on from others and the energetic “noise” we pick up during our day to day to peacefully and simply fall out of our own energy field. Think of it like a daily Spring Clean and an essential practice and component to feeling clear and resonant within our own energy.

Heart Opening

Our heart does much more than pump blood, it is an electromagnetic generator that shines out into our aura and carries our vibrational intent as a communicator with reality around us. In this session we will be delving into the softness of the heart and experiencing, perhaps for the first time, the vastness of warmth and compassion that exists behind the walls we have built. This is the first place we will learn to call Reiki healing energy too.

Lektion 4

Beauty Is In The Eye Of The Beholder

In this session we will embrace the concept of “mirroring”. There is an ancient phrase: “As Above, So Below. As Within, So Without” meaning what we see in our outside experience is a direct reflection of our internal environment. This session is a perception shift which practically means we are returning from reactionary instinct and softening to a more compassionate and loving response. It details how call Reiki to flow with us even in the most day-to-day of scenarios.

The Hands Do The Hearts Work

In this session we call in Reiki healing energy through the top of our heads, down into our hearts and let it flow out into our hands. We try the first of many self healing hand positions and redefine the way we see our hands as an extension of our hearts and loving intent. This session helps us foster kindness and compassion for our bodies and our true selves.

Lektion 6

Beaming Into The Past

Through Reiki we can heal even the most traumatic of past experiences. This session explains “beaming” or “remote” healing as we imagine & revisit a time in our lives that we intuitively sense would benefit from some compassion sent. The purpose of this is to experience the simplifying and healing nature that Reiki can have in helping us redefine struggle as success - freeing us from habitual patterns and behaviours in the process.

Lektion 7

Beaming Into The Present

In this session you will learn a full routine of hand positions for a deep self healing. Quickly & swiftly grounding and connecting with source at the beginning (helping build your confidence) will deepen your skills within this template. Starting from the top of the body working down, and exploring healing with both eyes open & closed you will feel ready to heal at the end by trusting your intuition. You’ll feel confident to extend & amend this routine as you wish.

Lektion 8

Beaming Into The Future

Reiki has great potential to echo out from the present and inform and shape our future experiences. In this session you’ll learn to build positive expectations of Joy & Bliss as you step further and further into your own unique creative power. The power of the seeds we sow magnifies exponentially when all of our mind, body & soul are singing in harmony together. You’ll deepen your understanding of Reiki as an ever loving ally for your soul's divine expansion.

Lektion 9

Universal Guidance

Purposefully left towards the end of the course here we explore concepts such as “Spirit Guides” & “Angel Guides”. It has been important to embrace your own divinity before reaching this point. Demystifying these concepts and “feeling” them in and around us will help soften your logical mind so that you remember a “knowing” that you are never alone and are always supported and loved with divine grace.

Lektion 10

All Is One and One Is All

We revisit the beginning of the course and unveil the magic that is the guiding hand throughout all our lives - our soul. This session helps you “embody” all you have learnt and explored so you can make the ultimate bridge - unifying spiritual insight with day to day physical existence. Even paying your taxes can be a spiritual practice as you bring your awareness to the divine vibration within all things - and celebrate the fact that you choose to do so!
