Hello Welcome Whether you're in bed already Getting ready for bed Or you're lying down peacefully somewhere Just take one hand And put it over the middle of your chest And take the other And put it over your stomach And just close your eyes And just for a moment just feel Everything around you The bed or the cushion pushing up against you The cosy feeling in your toes and fingers And anywhere that feels a bit tight Just take a deep breath into it now And breathe out Breathing in And breathing out And just feel the warmness of your hands On your stomach and on your chest And each time you breathe out Just feel how nice it feels Almost like all your worries are just dropping down out through your head Down,

Down your body,

Right down into your feet And every time you breathe out Just breathing that out through your feet Helping you feel more calm More ready to rest Breathing in Breathing out,

Feeling your body And just letting anything going on in your head Just become softer and softer As you feel yourself just kind of floating down Your arms and your hands feeling so heavy As if they could just melt into your bed Your legs and your feet Just feeling really good Your tummy and your stomach Just And your chest feels so warm underneath your head Feeling it gently move up and move down As you breathe in Breathing out Like you can talk to your body Just let it know that you're going to have the most amazing peaceful sleep And wake up feeling great Breathing in Breathing out Feeling the room nice and calm Just helping you calm down Helping you rest And just listening to the music Like it's singing to you Just helping you feel nice and sleepy So as you breathe in and breathe out As you listen to the music Just let yourself float away Good night And I'll see you again soon Good night Good night Good night Good night Good night Good night

I am so in love with this man's voice I am going to look for more from him. Very relaxing. I just wish his voice could have been a little louder. I had to turn the volume all the way up and the Chimes were louder than his voice. I also had to drop my hands as I got tired holding them up. But still, this was very relaxing and I'm going to go and look for something else from him now
