Hello,

Welcome.

This is a five minute reboot.

A reboot of you.

Back into you.

Closing your eye.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Letting all of that tension at the top of your head just drift down.

Down through your head,

Through your neck,

Through your back,

Through your chest,

Through your stomach,

Through your hips,

Through your thighs,

Past your knees and letting it flow down and out the soles of your feet.

Just feel that flow like a river's pouring through the top of your head,

Washing away any noise in your system.

Down through your body,

Through the soles of your feet.

Feeling yourself coming down,

Coming down.

Like all of your awareness is just coming out of your hands and your arms into your shoulders and your chest.

And the awareness from your feet and your toes just coming up back past your ankles,

Through your legs,

Past your knees,

Up through your thighs,

Into the bottom of your spine.

Just breathe in like you're breathing into your spine,

All the way up into your head,

Breathing out.

So as you breathe up,

You're breathing up from the bottom of your spine,

Feeling that trickle up through your spine,

Through the core of you.

Almost like a radio mask,

Drawing it up through your spine,

Through your chest,

Through your neck and your throat and up into the transmitter,

The top of your head.

Breathing back down,

Sending that back down to the bottom of your spine and then breathing it back up and back down in your own face.

And as you're doing this,

Feel like the roots of a tree going back out into your stomach,

Into your chest,

Into your legs,

All the way down to the tips of your toes,

All into your nervous system,

Just rebooting,

Coming alive,

All into your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Right to the tips of your fingers,

Up into your face and your head and your back.

And just feel that glow begin to build as you breathe in,

Shining into your skin like you've got a loving glow around you,

Coming to the middle of your chest,

Feeling like it's full of a radiating smile.

Sitting in that feeling,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Just waiting for the music to fade.
