
A Space For Clearing
A guided journey to help you welcome in your own emotional clearing and self healing via meditation. Sometimes we can feel heavy from the energies we pick up in our day to day lives - feel uplifted and reset by breathing in and breathing out.

Hello and welcome to this meditation.
The inspiration for this meditation came from when I asked my brother,
What would you like or what would you find useful in a meditation?
He simply replied,
A space for clearing.
Now of central importance,
Or really rather just to hold the intent,
It is important to remind those that are listening and on a daily basis myself that we are the portal and the conduit for our own self-healing.
Whether you listen to a meditation,
Go for a reiki session,
Or simply for a walk in nature,
You are the conduit,
You are a source of power,
And you are a part of God.
There's nothing fancy,
No great mountain to climb,
The only thing that be acknowledged is the power of simply asking.
When we ask,
Take time,
Or even with our thoughts,
Give ourselves permission to welcome in our own self-healing,
It is amazing how this subtle choice and alignment has such power.
In this meditation,
We're going to hold on to that,
That simple concept,
That simple intent of just holding fast to ourselves,
Trusting,
Observing without judgement,
So that we may gain that bird's-eye's perspective of where we are in our journey,
How we feel,
And how we are relating to ourselves.
Let it be known that you are already the person that you want to be,
And that all of the answers,
Somewhere,
Lie within you.
So making sure you're nice and comfy,
Starting to find that natural rhythm within your breath,
That powerful but graceful tide of the in and the out.
If your mind starts to wander,
Or starts to chatter,
Simply give it this one task to keep it occupied,
Breathing in,
And breathing out,
Throughout the meditation.
So whether you're sitting or laying,
Just welcoming you to close your eyes now,
Bringing your attention into your body,
Allowing your mind and thoughts to slow and be present with you here now.
So breathing in and breathing out,
Finding that quiet stillness within you.
I'm just going to ask you to place one hand over your heart centre,
To feel the connection and the warmth of your palm on this spot.
And just setting that intent through words or a feeling,
Just inside yourself,
Just to welcome in and create your own space for clearing.

Still breathing in and breathing out slowly feeling yourself unravel feeling the sensations in your body feeling all of those tight coils of stress or tension unwinding and finding yourself relaxed knowing that you're held safe protected and most of all loved as you unravel into your own wonder now you're held safely in your own space for clearing and however you'd like to imagine it whether it be a light that you welcome in a feeling of love of self-acceptance self-forgiveness just holding that intent to clear and release what doesn't serve you anymore what things that you've been holding on to what energies and obstructions aren't yours that you've been carrying and that anything that you're working through upon your journey anything that might be arduous or difficult at the moment just be calmed and soothed as you're surrounded by love have trust in your own feelings and are able to experience and assimilate and walk with all of that knowledge all of that love so that you might be the brightest version of you the true you that is sometimes unseen that is sometimes hidden beneath that muddy exterior between that confusion now still breathing in and breathing out after the sound of the bow i'll leave you for five minutes in silence and with my trust in you and my trust and love in god that you might be able to experience and feel that clearing here we go so so so so so so so so so so so so so now whilst you're still held in this space and still present with that feeling of love just to ask or hold the intent that all the energy that you experienced during this meditation or anything that you received or felt just be lovingly held by your body so that you can retain it walk with it and it can be use of use in your waking walking life and finally before we take a few deeper breaths just to bring us into our bodies and back into the room just offering your thanks to whomever or whatever you see fit just offering that gratitude so now perhaps breathing a little heavier here and really letting go on the out breath so and maybe wriggling your fingers or wriggling your toes or however you like to come back to the present feeling the pressure on your feet if you sat down or on your bum or your back if you're sat or lay sometimes i think it's important to share from my perspective also what i cleared and felt during that were the seeds of self-doubt were the confusion about my gifts and talents and how i doubt myself and put limits on my abilities and what i felt during that about my gifts and talents and how i doubt myself and put limits on my abilities one thing to remember is that if you hold your intent in love and you can always come back and feel that as a solid foundation for everything else no matter what you're working through or experiencing you know that that intent is held in love and you can know and be sure that that is what you're searching for i welcome you if you like to share in the comments anything that you experienced anything that you experienced as i think now is the time more and more that people are able to reach out show their vulnerabilities so that others may see that that's a strength and create the pathways and patterns of behavior that allow us to be honest and truthful most of all with ourselves for when we are truthful all the other untruths simply fade away as always thanks for listening and i hope to see you again love to you all

I had a lot of grief and disappointment to clear today. This helped enormously to feel those feelings and hopefully start to accept them and maybe move on. And feel some love and compassion for myself. Thank you.

As I sit this morning, wildfires rage across the Western US and my city, Seattle, is engulfed in smoke. Personally, I am in the midst of a big transition, which involves letting go of a long struggle and a situation that no longer serves me. This clearing meditation is perfect for today and resonates on so many levels: physical, emotional and spiritual. I’m so grateful to have found this and to have started my day in such a beautiful way. Thank you.

I cleared a space to feel all the emotions in a recent situation without restricting myself because I “shouldn’t feel that way”. I do. I took the time to let myself feel honestly. And then let it go. Thanks.

I felt a lifting in consciousness and thorough acceptance of me for me. I was overwhelmed with some news I received about a loved one going through hardship and it helped me clear the energy of judging myself for obsessing. I am living in my own truth, unapologetically. Guided from a place of love

Words came to me, Oliver, at the very beginning of this beautiful session. “The waves & wind still know His name.” And I realized my name is His name. Source was present immediately. And then I saw blues & shades of purple. I felt the sea around my feet & ankles and the wind blowing thru each chakra...clearing, melting energy that needed releasing & washed into the sea. I'm new to meditation, and I started my meditation journey with the intent to accept things that have happened to me, and to let go the unpleasant things that I have within me. Meditating to this makes me realize that whatever happened to me, it's not anyone's mistake, it's there to happen, to let me learn, to let me love myself more, to practice my compassion. There are so many luggages I carry within me than needs clearing and I think I need to clear them one at a time, guided by this meditation. I'll comeback for other clearing sessions.
