Lektion 1
The Dawning
We talk about acknowledging the pain you might be feeling after experiencing trauma in a relationship, how you may not have had any other choice but to leave this relationship, and how you might be dealing with physical and emotional side effects as a result of your decision.
The first cosmic harp journey honors this difficult time for you. It begins slowly, calmly and there are sounds of soft waves in the distance. It's haunting and expansive. It lasts for 14 minutes. Take these moments to relax and feel held by the calming vibrations.
Lektion 2
The Confusion
We talk about what your mind and body might be going through as a result of this trauma, about the thoughts you might be experiencing on a daily basis, and how you may not feel like the person you once were.
We'll talk about self-preservation, the constant questioning, and the confusion in your mind. We'll acknowledge the pain you're in. Then, you can relax with a soft, rhythmical, cosmic harp journey.
Lektion 3
The Surrender
We talk about ways to move on from negative thought patterns and how hoping for understanding from the person who wronged you is not helpful. We touch on how powerful your thoughts are and how it's important not to give your power away to others. We'll encourage self-love and nurturing then soar up into the sky to become a beautiful bird with an uplifting cosmic harp journey.
Lektion 4
The Strength
We talk about self-observation and catching your negative thoughts before they take hold. About how strong you are for dealing with all of this and how amazingly powerful your imagination can be. Then, we'll fly up into the stars and galaxies for a cosmic harp journey in the expanse of space.
Lektion 5
The Growth
We talk about how growing emotionally comes with challenges. We highlight how brave you are for standing up for yourself and how kind your heart is. We touch upon empathy and compassion and how easy it is for sensitive people to be affected by confrontation and manipulation.
Then, we'll dive deep into the flowers and bask in glorious, melodious nature.
Lektion 6
The Ebb & The Flow
We talk about taking the time and space you need to process your low emotions but also share a warning about not staying there for too long. We'll acknowledge how important it is to let go of the past, for the sake of your physical health and how laughter and nourishment are so important to help you heal.
Then, we'll swim with dolphins in crystal oceans for a water-themed, cleansing cosmic harp journey.
Lektion 7
The Freedom
We talk about whether it's possible to forgive the person who betrayed you, whilst still staying dignified. We talk about feeling strong in the face of adversity and not bowing to the will of people who have treated you badly. We also talk about gratitude and the joyful things in life and about stepping into your light, your power, and your freedom.
The final harp journey celebrates shinier melodies and energies and is full of happy vibrations and innocent moments.
