In this session, we will travel into our fluid natures and explore the color carnelian. Solar Plexus/Manipura Chakra Alignment
The solar plexus, or Manipura, chakra is our power center located above the naval and is associated with the Fire element. This is where action and willpower are activated. When the solar plexus chakra is balanced you may feel confident, spontaneous, playful, and ready to go out bravely into the world. In this session we will climb the mountain of our self-worth and engage with our inner fire and the color yellow. We will enliven the senses with meditation, affirmations, gemstones, minerals, essential oils, and the Vedic seed mantra Ram.

Heart/Anahata Chakra Alignment
The heart, or Anahata, chakra is associated with the Air element, the sun, gold, joy, unity, friendship, peace, and the ability to send and receive love. It is located at the center of the system and behind the breastbone. In this session we float into the seat of our soul, the vast nature of our unconditional love, and the color green. We will calm the senses with meditation, affirmations, gemstones, minerals, essential oils, and the Vedic seed mantra Yam.

Throat/Vishuddha Chakra Alignment
The Vishuddha chakra is located in the throat and is considered the portal of communication. It is connected to the Ether. It is the space where we purify and ascend upward. It supports self-expression, communication, the ability to speak our truth, and acts a bridge between thoughts and feelings. In this session we will purify and journey into a light blue color. We will support the senses with meditation, affirmations, gemstones, minerals, essential oils, and the Vedic seed mantra Ham.

Third Eye/Ajna Chakra Alignment
The third eye, or Ajna chakra, is the etheric organ of consciousness located between, and behind, your physical eyes. This is where we enter into wisdom, illumination, and our divine connection with the light within. Working with this chakra helps us see clearly, dream, lift out of illusion, and live fully radiant lives. It is known as the seat of intuition. In this session we will illuminate and explore a dark blue color. We will support the senses with meditation, affirmations, gemstones, minerals, essential oils, and the Vedic seed mantra Aum.

Crown/Sahasrara Chakra Alignment
The crown, or Sahasrara, chakra means thousand-petaled. This energy center controls our connection to spirit, and our sense of universal consciousness, wisdom, unity and self-knowledge. Located at the crown of the head, this chakra acts as a bridge between our physical selves and the spiritual world. In this session we will expand, explore the color purple and our highest wisdom. We will go beyond the senses with meditation, affirmations, gemstones, minerals, essential oils, and the Vedic seed mantra Aum.
