Let's begin by bringing attention to the body.

Can you feel your shoulders and your upper back just noticing,

Relaxing any holding or any tension?

Can you notice your chest perhaps softening the belly?

Feeling a couple of deep breaths,

Becoming aware of breathing.

Can you bring a childlike quality of curiosity and awareness to breathing?

Knowing that this breath is really new and fresh.

This breath has never happened and will never happen again.

Notice how as you breathe,

This influences your chest,

Influences your belly.

Can you feel your heart beating?

See if you can drop in noticing any tension,

Holding,

Seeing if you can let it go,

Noticing and letting it wash through you.

Can you be kind to yourself,

Letting go of any ideas of doing it right or doing it wrong?

Letting go of your ideas and concerns about time,

About the past and future,

Let them drop away or at least fade away.

Breathing for your full experience,

Breath,

Body,

Feelings,

Thoughts,

Just being here,

Alive,

Fully human.

Whether you're lonely or sad or happy or full,

Right now you're here safe,

Breathing.

Just this effort to be present encourages others and perhaps you can feel encouraged by others.

Who can find the time to sit out in the sun and listen?

Do you remember that time and light are kinds of love?

Love is perhaps the default state of being human.

Can you feel it?

Can you love yourself,

Love those around you?

Can you love and be loved by this amazing world?

What is it like to be here,

To be alive right now?

See if you can let go of everything else,

Anything else,

Noticing the body,

Noticing the breath,

Cultivating kindness and love,

Feeling love in your body,

Mind and heart.

This is the work,

The practice of loving the work,

To love the work of exploring your full experience,

To be love,

To love your full direct experience no matter what.
