Our life is moving so fast and it's easy to lose the direction which is aligned to our core values.

The intention of this practice is to get familiar how to stay connected with values in everyday life,

Even when we are super busy and when we are doing something boring.

To begin,

Take any moment to check in with your posture.

Try to find the posture that is comfortable,

Upright and relaxed.

Perhaps sitting on the chair or cushion,

Feeling both feet touching the floor.

You can choose either to keep your eyes open or closed.

Whatever feels more natural.

Think of motivation to guide this practice,

Something that feels personal for you.

For example,

You can say,

Doing this practice I want to get deeper sense of purpose and meaning of my life or something like that.

There are three simple steps of this practice.

The first one is identify the core value.

The second is find the way to get inspired.

And the third one to explore how to bring the value more fully into your everyday life.

Let us start with the first step.

If you were at the end of your life,

Consider what values and principles you'd prefer to live by.

See if you can think of one or two values.

These can be something like generosity,

Kindness,

Acceptance,

Compassion or integrity.

It could be anything.

Let's move to the second step.

Inspiration.

What inspires you about these values?

Maybe there are moments from your life when you go deeply connected with these values.

Or perhaps there is someone who inspires you.

Think of some specific things that drive you to follow these values.

For the third step,

We'll explore how to embody these values,

How to bring them more fully to our lives.

During coming 24 hours,

Imagine how things may go on if you fully embody these values,

Whatever you do.

Bring yourself fully in these situations,

But with the perfect embodiment of these values you are considering right now.

How will that look like and feel like?

For the next moments,

Allow your eyes gently open if they are closed.

Give yourself a permission,

Just simply be present in this moment.

Before coming back to your usual routine,

Pause for the moment and set a clear intention for the next 24 hours to find a specific activity or situation and find the intention to use that as an opportunity for your practice.

It doesn't have to be a big deal.

Simply refresh your inspiration and identify how you can stay connected to your values.

Good luck with your practice!
