Elongate your neck and allow yourself to take deep deep breath through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
And as you exhale,
Your shoulders are relaxing and dropping down.
Continue breathing,

In your own rhythm and starting to scan your body,
Experiencing all the sensations in your body in this very moment and in this moment and in this moment.
Allow yourself to observe like a beautiful guest who just bought a ticket for a theatre play.
Allow yourself to observe all the sensations which are rising and going.
The way we breathe,
The way we feel,
There is deep reason and we can observe.
We can calm our mind,
Our constantly solving things mind by training it to become this inner observer.
And for this it's important to understand and to be aware that where we stream our energy,
This is where our power goes.
Where we stream our attention,
This is where our energy flows.
So allow yourself,
Dear one,
To bring this attention to yourself.
Bringing both hands on your heart,
Allow yourself to feel it and to feel all the sensations around it connecting to your soul here and now.
Saying in your mind,
I'm here,

Allow yourself,
Dear one,
To imagine that you are standing under beautiful waterfall,
Warm,
Beautiful waterfall,
And this waterfall is turning to be light.
And this white light,
Shining light,
Is filling you up through your crown chakra,
Through your crown and through top of your head,
All the way down,
Going down towards your spine and through your spine and through your legs and arms and feeling yourself,
Feeling your body completely with white light.
Allow yourself to visualize it,
Feeling yourself with this beautiful energy,
Prana,
Like a jar with water connecting to the source,
Connecting to the ever fulfilling source of energy,
Allowing yourself to receive it,
Allowing yourself to let go all the things which are catching your attention in this moment.
And it's not exactly what you're wishing to have.
You can choose what do you feed with your attention,
What do you feed with your energy.
So it's time,
Dear one,
To choose something which is feeding you,
Something that gives you a feeling of whole being.
And try to reflect for a moment.
When do you feel the most creative?
When do you truly feel the most creative?
It can be the way you make tea or in the kitchen,
The way you write,
The way you draw,
The way you paint or sing or dance or move or collecting herbs.
Allow yourself to reflect for a moment where is my creativity and when does it blossom?
Allow yourself,

To connect to your creative channel because everyone has one.
And the creative vibration,
This frequency is the higher vibration.
I'm inviting you,
Dear one,
To create,
To be aware where you stream your energy and your attention.
Allow yourself to create and vibrate higher.
What we feel ourselves with is what we share with others.
This is how we affect this world,
This beautiful world.

To bring both hands towards your heart and think,
Yes,
I actually would like to create and I would like to take time this week for that and I would like even to put it in my schedule.
And it's exactly as important as to have breakfast or lunch or even more.
It should have this priority in your calendar once a week to take creativity ritual at least and to see what magic will start going through you.
You're a beautiful spiritual being in a human body.
Allow yourself to live and express yourself.
Allow yourself to smile and say to yourself,
I am beautiful.
I am loved.
I am good.

Allow yourself to warm up your hands,
Your palms,
Generate beautiful energy.
Imagine there is a white light between your palms and place them on your eyes.
Allow this energy to flow towards you and fill you up and allow yourself,
