Welcome to this quick recharge.

Allow yourself dear one to sit down and elongate your spine.

Close your eyes and bring your shoulders down.

Deeply inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth deeply,

Letting go of all the tensions in your body here and now.

Deep inhale,

Exhale let go.

Two more times,

Inhale,

Exhale let it go.

And slowly rotate your shoulders all the way back and down 5 times.

2,

And 1.

Gently bring a smile on your face as a gift to yourself.

Gently bringing your right hand on your belly and left hand on your heart.

And allow yourself dear one to smile to your heart.

Imagine that inside of your heart a beautiful white lotus is blossoming and shining.

And the more you breathe into this lotus with love,

Appreciation and compassion,

The more it shines,

The more it expands.

We are breathing into our heart with smile,

Love and compassion here and now.

Imagine that you are breathing white light into your heart.

And gently dear one,

With a smile bring into your mind three things you are grateful for today.

Three things that you are grateful for today.

And say to yourself,

Today I am grateful for all the blessings in my life.
