Welcome to the gateway of your creativity.

Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit.

Sit upright,

Awake and dignified.

Yet comfortable and present.

Let your eyes close gently and your hands rest easily in your lap.

Let your feet rest flat on the floor.

The ultimate ground of our creativity is our breath and that which makes our breath possible.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Let your eyes close gently and allow soft deep breaths in and out.

Letting the music be your guide.

Feel your body relaxing into the chair or cushion.

If you feel obvious points of tension,

Breathe into those points and let them release.

Let your shoulders drop,

Loosen any tightness in your neck and just relax further into the chair or cushion.

Allowing your breath to be calm and natural.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Know in this moment that there is nothing to do.

No knowledge to gather or remember.

No proper way to breathe.

Nothing to get right or even change.

Just sit and notice the experience of this breathing body.

Letting all the tension and expectations go.

In the space of creative manifestation,

There is no right or wrong.

Nothing to accomplish or to learn.

Nothing to figure out or to fix.

Simply allow everything to be as it is.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Allow your mind to rest in an open state.

Letting thoughts be thoughts.

Sensations be sensations.

Just rest here breathing through all that arises in heart and mind with full awareness.

Allowing yourself to be bathed in the gentle sounds.

Attuned to the reality of the present moment.

This meditation had me flowing. Perhaps the key is just to allow the music to take you where it will. Guidance is minimal and I did not find the music to detract from it. Thank you.

I didn't like this meditation the first time I did it. I fought the music finding invasive and demanding. Today, I went with it and allowed the music to fill me with its energy and drive. It was wonderful, what I need to propel me into my work. Thank you.

Thank you Universe, this meditation was exactly what I needed. When he first said that he was going to leave me to breath for 10mins while I listened to the music, I was prepared to abandon the meditation. Instead, not long into the breathing time, I started to find what I was looking for. Namaste.

I'm new to meditating so I'm just trying a little bit of a few things to find what works best.. To my general perspective yes this is nice... I think in time I'll be able to just pick out the perfect guided meditation for whatever is going on with me at the moment according to how I feel.. Right now my life is rather stressful and being new to meditation it's hard for me to know what works until I try it and this one's just fine.
