Welcome to this meditation,

Lovely soul.

I'm Diana and today I have a short meditation for you,

Designed to help you create the best day of your life.

Try this in the morning before you start your day.

Set yourself up for success,

Align with positivity and ride the wave of good fortune.

You have the power to make today incredible.

So let's take a moment to pause,

To breathe,

To step into today with clarity,

Peace and intention.

No matter what's ahead,

Whether it's a busy day or a quiet one,

You have the power to shape it.

So find a comfortable position.

If you feel comfortable,

Close your eyes and otherwise lower your gaze.

Gently roll your shoulders,

Unclench your jaw and let your hands rest gently in your lap.

Let go of any tightness,

Any tension,

Any weight that you've been carrying.

And now take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in deeply,

Filling your belly.

And one more time,

A full,

Deep,

Nourishing breath in.

And release.

Feel your body softening with every breath and your mind becoming a little quieter and your heart a little lighter.

There's nothing else to do right now,

Nowhere to be,

Just you,

Here,

In this moment.

Let's begin with gratitude.

Before we look ahead,

Let's take a moment to appreciate what already is.

Think of three things in your life,

Right now,

That bring you joy.

They don't have to be big.

Perhaps the warmth of your bed this morning,

The sound of laughter of someone you love,

Or the way the sunlight comes in through your window.

Feel that gratitude and let it sink in.

Let it completely fill you up.

And now,

Let's expand on this feeling.

Think of the people in your life,

Family,

Friends,

Loved ones.

Imagine them having a beautiful day today.

See them smiling,

See them feeling fulfilled,

See them experiencing their own little moments of happiness.

Breathe in that warmth and,

As you exhale,

Send them love.

And now,

Let's shift our focus to you,

So that you can step into your best day.

If today was going to be the best day of your life,

What would that look like?

Imagine waking up feeling refreshed,

Through your morning with ease,

Feeling focused.

Picture yourself stepping into every interaction with confidence,

And with kindness,

And with an open heart.

And what wonderful conversations could unfold.

What opportunities could come your way.

Picture the little details,

The scents,

The sounds,

The places you'll go,

The food that you'll enjoy,

And the surprises that might be waiting for you.

Let yourself feel the excitement,

The lightness,

And the pure possibility of the day ahead.

We will take it a little bit deeper,

Because today isn't just about external experiences,

It's also about how you feel within yourself.

So let's set an intention.

Today,

You can choose peace.

No matter what happens,

You will meet it with calmness.

Today,

You can choose joy.

You can choose to seek out the little things that make you smile.

Today,

You can choose connection.

You can choose to listen deeply,

Love freely,

And be fully present with others.

Today,

You can choose growth.

You can choose to embrace challenges as opportunities,

And trust in your own strength.

And now take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Say out loud or silently in your mind,

Today,

I choose to show up as my best self.

I welcome joy,

Abundance,

And ease into my life.

Today,

Let's turn up the energy.

We'll start to build a feeling of excitement,

Feel it in your heart,

When you feel ready,

Let's come back to the here and now.

Let's smile on our face.

Move a little.

Move your toes,

Roll your shoulders.
