Today we will have the gratitude affirmations meditation.

Be safe and be grateful.
Welcome to this session of gratitude and affirmations.
My name is David and thanks for allowing me to be your guide today.
Every second of the day we have the opportunity to make changes to create the life we want.
It may seem not easy but it is always possible to see life differently.
Listen to my words and imagine that you immerse yourself in a lake of clear warm pure and crystalline blue water surrounded by peace,
Quietness and calm.
Each word upon hearing it,
It will flood your being and will be distributed throughout your body.
Breathe deeply and with each inhalation feel pure air and energy that fills your being.
Keep it inside for a few seconds and let it out along with your worries,
Thoughts and at the same time smile with your eyes,
With your heart,
With your soul.
Let's give thanks to the possibility of breathing and being able to be present every day.
Thank you life.
I realize that I am free to feel how I want to feel.
I say no to the bonds of drama and the victim.
Today I am free to be myself and to give myself the opportunity to direct my life.
I am connected to the source of life,
Connected to the universe from which all goodness,
Wisdom and love come from being the source of abundance.
Thanks for this connection.
Thanks to unconditional love which allows me to love myself as I am including all my personal challenges and defects.
They are part of me.
I accept them and allow myself to love others without conditions or prejudices.
I am grateful for the sun,
The rain,
The wind and all the natural phenomena that allow me to connect with them and with my own nature.
I recognize that moving to the rhythm of nature I find it easy to live in a constant flow of abundance,
Love and magical events.
I am grateful for the lessons that life gives me because with them I become stronger,
I become wiser and can help others in the learning process.
When I give thanks I feel like my soul is nourished,
Repaired and becomes more loving towards me and everything around me.
I give thanks to the changes because they are part of life.
Life is moving through me.
Everything I live is constantly changing and I embrace the change therefore I embrace life.
I am always safe,
Divinely protected.
Everything I need to know is revealed to me.
Everything I need comes to me at the perfect time and place.
Life is a joy and is full of love.
I am a person who loves and is loved.
My health is excellent.
I thrive wherever I am.
I am willing to change and grow.
Everything is fine in my world.
Thank you life.
Now I invite you to put your hands on your heart and feel compassion,
Gratitude and love for yourself and repeat after me.
Thanks for my wake-up.
Thank you for the love that grows towards myself.
Thank you for my open conscience towards others.
Thanks to my mind.
Thanks to my body.
Thanks to my spirit.
I am grateful for the abundance,
Health,
Awareness and opportunities for myself and others.
And now say out loud or in your mind I am here right now to experience my life unfolding.
This is the way it is.
I accept it and I appreciate it.
Start bringing your awareness slowly to the place where you are and when you are ready open your eyes.
I can see your light.
I can feel your soul.
I am present and grateful today.
