Hello,
Today is my birthday and I wanted to take the opportunity to bring you to a birthday practice.
It does not matter if today is also your birthday or not.
What matters is there is no better time to celebrate life than today.

How to make my special day mindful?
I love birthdays but I also love to be present as possible during this time.
What is my mindful practice?
I am mindful by doing different activities.
A.
I take the time to do a special thing I love.
I like going ice skating and it is one of my favorite things to feel connected to myself.
B.
I surround myself with my family and friends.
And C.
I reflect on important things in my life by asking the following questions.
How am I feeling right now?
How is my health and emotions?
How can I like myself better?
What can I do to make my day special as I have the power to do so?
And after answering those questions,
And they say thanks for the following.
Thank you for my health and the opportunity to be alive.
Thank you for being able to be,
Live and be better to me every day.
Thank you for the people who are around me,
The family I have and the family I decided to have.
Thank you for the great opportunities there are so I can improve my life every day because I can decide what I want.
Thank you for opening my eyes to new alternatives,
New options and new adventures.
But mostly,
Thank you to my conscious self or spiritual self,
Whatever you call this part of you.
Because being aware of myself is being aware of my unique powers,
My unique nature.
My nature is my power and my unique way to live the life I want to live.
