Hello,
This is davidji and welcome to today's meditation on softening to oneness,
One of the powerful tools of destressifying.
Let's find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Let's gently feather our nest.
Now together let's take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through our nostrils.
And gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time and allow your eyelids to gently float closed.
And ever so gently let it go.
And now ever so gently continue to breathe through your nose and experience the softening,
The oneness of simply witnessing your breath as it moves into you and observing it as it flows back out.
To truly soften ourselves,
Let's use quiet,
Continuous breathing.
In this technique,
We make no sound.
Our breathing is totally silent.
And between the inhale and when we exhale,
There's no break.
We keep the continuous flow of our breath moving in and out of us.
At the end of your exhale,
Silently,
You continuously breathe back in.
And let's try it together through our nose in total silence.
As your inhale turns into an exhale and then as your exhale turns into an inhale,
There's no separation.
There's no break.
There's no interruption.
Softly,
Silently,
Continuously keep breathing until your breath becomes an infinity sign,
A continuous ribbon of breath.
And as you continue to breathe in this quiet,
Continuous way,
Feel your body begin to soften.
Feel your mind begin to calm.
Feel yourself start to melt into your seat.
Allow your shoulders to drop.
Feel yourself softening.
Softening to love.
Softening to tenderness.
Softening to affection.
Softening to forgiveness.
Softening to peace.
Softening to the divine caress of God.
Softening to the kiss of the universe.
And keep quiet,
Continuous breathing.
Allow that infinity sign to become your breath.
And trace your inhales and your exhales as they flow through that ribbon of infinity without separation,
Without a break.
One long,
Continuous breath that moves into you and out of you.
Softening,
Tenderizing.
And we'll continue to use quiet,
Continuous breathing for our meditation.
And when you realize that you've drifted away to thoughts,
And you will,
To sounds or physical sensations ever so gently drift back to that quiet,
Continuous breath and witness it as it moves through you like an infinity sign.
If you noticed you're focused on a mood or a feeling or an experience,
Treat that as you would any other thought and ever so gently drift back to witnessing your breath.
I'll watch the time,
And when you hear me ring the chime,
Just sit gently with your eyes closed.
So let's begin.
Sit gently with your eyes closed and let the stillness and silence settle in.
And now take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and gently let that go.
Let's do that one more time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
And ever so gently release it.
And now let's seal this connection,
This calmness,
This softening to oneness by chanting the hymn of the universe,
Aum.
Let's one time together take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Aum.
And when it feels comfortable you can slowly open your eyes.
You can look around at those you share this collective consciousness with.
You can place your hand on your soft,
Tender,
Sweet heart.
And know that as you move throughout the day you can always flow into quiet,
Continuous breathing.
And that will soften you,
That will merge you with the divine.
From the sweet spot of the universe,
This is David G.
Wishing you a day of softening.
And I'll see you in the gap.
Namaste.
