Awakening Your Divine Light

The light of your Sacred North Star is always with you. But for many of us, it has been a while since we last felt its glow. Hello dear one,

This is davidji,

And welcome to today's meditation.

Let's take this moment to soften into stillness,

To fully surrender into the present moment.

Let's get comfortable,

Gently feather your nest,

Remember comfort is queen,

And now take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in,

And ever so gently let that breath go.

Let's do that one more time,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in,

Allow your eyelids to ever so gently float closed,

And tenderly release that breath.

And let's do that one more time,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in,

And release it.

Now simply feel your breath as it moves through you,

Ever so gently entering your nose,

Moving into your chest,

Filling your lungs,

Awakening your heart,

Expanding your belly,

And with each exhale let go of the weight you've been carrying,

Right here,

Right now,

Let it go.

There's nowhere else to be,

Nothing else to do,

Just you and me in this sacred,

Precious present moment,

Resting in the infinite embrace of the universe.

With every inhale,

Feel yourself receiving nourishment,

Clarity,

And with every exhale,

Allow any stress or tension or anxiety to fully release into the ether,

Softening,

Fading into the background.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper,

As the stillness surrounds you,

Embraces you,

Becomes you,

Welcomes you home.

Notice that your mind is calming,

Notice that your body is relaxing.

And now let's place a gentle awareness on the rhythm of your heart.

Feel free to rest your hands on your heart and feel it beating.

Feel its wisdom.

It has always guided you,

Always carried you forward,

Always whispered in the quiet moments.

And today we will awaken that deep inner knowing,

The sacred North Star that has been calling to you all along.

And in this moment,

Imagine yourself standing in the middle of a vast,

Open field beneath a night sky.

The air is cool,

Crisp,

And alive with possibility.

Above you,

A sea of stars stretches infinitely,

Each one a glimmering thread in the great fabric of existence.

And as you gaze up at the night sky,

One star calls to you.

One star shines brighter than all the rest.

This is your North Star,

The guiding light of your soul's deepest truth.

It has always been there,

Even when clouds obscured it,

Even when storms raged and distractions pulled you away,

It remained unwavering.

And as you gaze more deeply into that star,

You see its radiance,

You feel its warmth,

You sense its wisdom reaching toward you.

As you breathe in,

Imagine this starlight pouring down into you,

Filling your heart,

Filling your mind,

Filling every cell in your body with clarity,

Direction,

And purpose.

This is the essence of your truth,

The part of you that has always known the way,

The part of you that is unwavering in its integrity,

The part of you that cannot be shaken by opinions,

Expectations,

Or judgments of others.

And in this sacred space,

Ask yourself,

What is the deepest truth of my life?

What is the deepest truth of my life?

And feel free to explore the guiding or principle or calling that lights your way.

Maybe a word arises,

Maybe an image,

Maybe just a feeling.

Trust whatever comes.

And if nothing speaks to you in this moment,

Trust that the answer is already within you.

Waiting to reveal itself in divine timing.

Allow yourself to receive,

To feel,

To know.

What is the deepest truth of my life?

Simply keep asking that question over and over.

And allow whatever arises to reveal itself.

Feel this North Star's light moving down,

Filling you with each in-breath.

Filling your chest,

Feel it anchoring into your heart,

Becoming an unshakable presence within you.

This is not just an idea,

This is you,

The deepest,

Most authentic expression of who you are.

And as you carry this light,

Imagine moving through your life,

Making choices,

Speaking words,

Taking actions,

All in alignment with this guiding principle.

See yourself waking up in the morning,

Feeling grounded and clear,

Moving with purpose,

Making decisions with ease.

Notice how people respond to you when you are fully aligned with your truth.

And see how your life unfolds when you trust this light within.

And now gently whisper to yourself,

I trust my inner wisdom.

My North Star is always guiding me.

Let these words sink deep into your subconscious,

Let them rewrite old doubts,

Wash away confusion,

And reprogram you for clarity,

Confidence,

And divine alignment.

I walk the path of my highest truth.

With each breath,

Allow these truths to awaken from your heart,

From your mind,

From your lips.

You are not lost,

You have never been lost.

You have always known the way.

And now,

Right now,

You are remembering.

And in this moment,

Ever so gently,

Drift your awareness back to your breath,

Feeling it move in and out.

Feel your North Star glowing inside of you,

Ever expanding with each inhale.

Together,

Let's take a long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

And release that breath.

Gently begin to wake your body,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Bringing life back to this physical form.

And when you're ready,

Take a final deep breath in and sigh it out.

As you slowly,

Gently open your eyes,

You are exactly where you need to be.

You are aligned with your North Star.

You are clear.

You are free.

Be gentle with yourself today.

And as you move throughout the world,

Remind yourself,

Aham brahmasmi,

I am divine.

I am the light of your North Star is always with you.

Any time you feel lost,

Simply pause,

Breathe,

And return to this inner knowing.

From the sweet spot of the universe,

This was very powerful for me when I first connected with my star, I was overcome with powerful energy and emotions. I just felt a connection. I lost that feeling for a brief time due to thoughts of an issue I'm having at work. With 3:33 left, I refocused and came back to the meditation.
