Here's a simple and potentially radical idea that will allow you to get more access to self-compassion.
Here it is.
You are not a human.
Stay with me.
You are not a human.
I know it's confusing because you speak and it feels like your voice comes from here.
You see and it feels like you are seeing through this perspective.
Look and you're like,
There I am.
There I am.
This is me.
And there is a different seat,
A different place to witness your life from.
It's called the seat of your soul.
It sits behind you and above you.
The seat of your soul is a place in which you can remember.
That you are not a human.
You get a human.
You get a human.
Everything you've experienced in this life,
Every delicious thing you've tasted through your human's mouth,
Every amazing place you've traveled through your human's body.
Every hug,
Every movie,
Every song through your human.
Yet somehow,
Someway we forgot.
That we have a human,
This incredible creature,
This ZUPER computer beyond any AI.
We have a human.
And that our human is our soul's mate.
Listen to me again with more than your ears.
Your human is your soul's mate,
That thing Hollywood told you to look for out there,
It's right here.
And we miss it,
And we criticize our human,
And we hide our human,
And we shame our human.
Instead of zooming out,
Seeing your life from the seat of your soul and remembering.
You are not a human.
You get a human.
And you're human.
Is your soul's name.
Thank you.
See you.
