You Are Not Who You Think You Are. You Are Someone Else
This is a short practice for remembering that you are more than the labels, stories, and old versions of yourself you’ve been carrying. Through breath and repetition, we’ll gently loosen our grip on age, work, status, trauma, mistakes, and identity. You may find it calming. You may find it rattling. Either way, the invitation is simple: make a little space for the possibility that you are not who you think you are.
