I'd like to invite you to close them now.
As we begin to go inwards together.
Nice and slow.
Taking longer,
Deeper breaths.
With each new inhale,
Imagining new creative energy is pouring into you.
Getting more grounded,
Getting more confident,
More clear with each inhale.
With each exhale we are getting lighter and lighter letting go of anything that no longer serves you with each exhale.
Feet grounded.
Sitting with a tall,
Gentle spine.
Heart open,
Voice open,
Vision open.
Your crown tall,
Open,
Ready to receive.
Take a nice deep breath from this posture.
Creative channels open.
This is a very special meditation made at a very special time of the year.
We are sitting in the middle of the Lion's Gate portal.
This happens every year,
The end of July and the beginning of August for two weeks.
Several celestial Planets and stars happen to align in a very specific way.
And many,
Many people,
Including myself,
Believe when that happens,
The veil between the physical world and the spiritual world.
Is very,
Very thin.
And what that means is if you are open to it,
Your soul.
Can guide you,
Can communicate with you.
Can show you the way.
Just take that in,
Your soul,
Your guides,
The universe.
God.
Can show you the way,
Show you your way.
So if you are ready,
If you are interested,
Let us play together.
Let us explore this very special time in the year.

That's okay.
That's what creative minds do sometimes.
You don't actually need to intellectually understand all of this.
We are playing,
We are working with our bodies,
Our creative channels and our hearts here.

There's no way in which you can get this wrong.
For some you might see images.
For some you might see flashes,
You might see lights.
For some you might feel things,
Hear things.
And for some.
If you are open to it,
It will simply be.
A download from the universe,
A download from the Lionsgate portal into your cells.

Deep breath.

I felt goosebumps.

It literally moved my body.

And a very important reminder here too,
You do not need to receive anything.
Perhaps on this day,
You don't feel open to receive.
You have power around that.
And for some of you,
You are here and you are open and you are ready to receive.

Continue moving from your headspace into your heart space.

The universe,
God who is here with love,

Dear Universe,

We are letting go of old stories,
Old narratives,
Old beliefs that no longer serve us.
The Lionsgate Portal will.
Allow you to melt those old beliefs away.

Feel their health and vitality.
