Let's begin in a comfortable position.
And invite any rough edges.
Anything plaguing your mind or feeling a little unsettling in your body to soften.
You can always come back to these sensations or revisit the thoughts that might be overwhelming or cause you to overthink or feel uncomfortable.
We can always come back to that,
But I want you to steady yourself.
Alongside the rhythm of your breath.
And as you do that,
Tune into the breath.
The inhale and exhale shifts,
It changes when we start to notice.
It might become longer or deeper.
Maybe softer.
And I want you to draw to mind.
One thing you desire in your life.
Maybe it has to do with your job.
Or your body.
Your home,
Or your partner.
One thing you desire in your life,
I want you to bring it to mind so vividly.
Like it actually exists in your world.
So vividly that you start to feel the repercussions of that in your body.
Imagine having that new job.
Or that new partner.
Imagine feeling well or healthy or wonderful.
Allow.
The vibrations of your body to match.
That thought.
That envisioning.
To match your imagination.
Let the heart open.
Maybe smile and delight.
You may feel your heart rate increase due to excitement.
I want you to hold that vision in your mind's eye and bask.
In those sensations that it creates within your body.
Be there.
See it and feel it.
Imagine that it's impossible for it not to arise.
It's right there.
You see it.
Maybe you hold it.
Maybe it's something that you can taste.
Or here.
Let the sensation in your heart and your body reflect that image.
Just a bit longer.
You are worthy.
Of this person,
This thing,
This experience.
Know that deeply in your own heart center.
And then take a deep breath in with me.
So big inhale.
Full exhale.
You might return to this meditation.
Throughout your day,
Or you might just re-envision.
That image in your mind's eye.
And revisit that sensation in your body throughout the day.
Return again and again and again.
