Walking along the path of manifestation, becoming aware of where we are habitually turning our attention is the major key in allowing for the good that we desire to flow into our experience. I invite you to join me as we explore a powerful question that we can use to determine what we are calling into our experience.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom.

This beautiful space that we have where we continuously get to allow for more of that which we are.

Not our personalities but the true essence of whom we are as spiritual beings,

As divine beings of love and light.

Beautiful emanations of the one mind.

My name is Daniel Roqueo and I am always grateful that I get to hang out with you in this space regardless of whether you have tuned in before or not.

I'm still grateful so thank you so much for joining me.

Today we are talking about the sacred laws and we are talking about vibrational alignment.

So the topic for today is are we running from or are we moving toward?

And this of course has something to do with how the sacred laws work,

How they operate.

So let's let's begin there.

The sacred laws are the spiritual laws.

They correspond and they reflect what we think about,

What we talk about,

What we feel about the most.

And this is so regardless of whether that which we are thinking about and talking about and feeling about is something that we desire,

Something that we want or if it's something that we don't want.

They have no preference.

They don't care at all.

They are immutable.

They are impersonal in that sense.

So regardless of where we turn our attention to the most,

Which is another way of saying it,

That is what we're calling forth into our experience.

And once again this is so regardless of whether or not we are aware of where we're turning our attention or not.

I sometimes use the analogy of a mirror,

Not analogy,

I sometimes use the metaphor of a mirror.

So just to briefly describe again to make it very clear what it is that we're talking about.

Imagine standing in front of a mirror and imagine holding up a white burning candle in front of that mirror.

Now if you are standing in front of the mirror and if you are holding up a white burning candle about an inch high,

What is the reflection that you'll see in the mirror?

Well it's kind of obvious for most of us.

We don't have to stretch our imagination too far to realize that we in the mirror will see a reflection of us holding a white burning candle about an inch high.

So if I want to change the reflection in the mirror,

What do I need to do?

Well obviously I would need to exchange something in me,

In what I'm holding up to the mirror.

So perhaps I want to exchange the white burning candle for a red balloon,

Or perhaps I want to put a hat on,

Or perhaps I want to change my clothes,

Whatever.

But the moment I change something about me,

The reflection changes.

And this is a beautiful way of looking at these sacred laws.

Whatever we're talking about,

Thinking about,

Feeling about the most,

Wherever we turn our attention to the most,

That is what we're holding up in front of the mirror and thus that is what we're calling into our experience.

Now demonstration may not happen instantaneously,

It may take time.

But still,

The moment we change our way of thinking,

The moment we begin to move in a slightly different direction,

In the infinite mind,

We've already locked on to the highest possibility for that change.

And then it's all about us sustaining our vibrational alignment.

And this of course is if the change is something that we desire.

If the change that happens that we're making within ourselves is moving us in a direction that is not towards something that we desire,

Then obviously we need to make a course correction.

But regardless,

The moment we make that change,

We're locking on to the highest possibility for that particular path.

All right,

So that's the background,

That's the basics of these sacred laws and how they work.

So the topic of today is,

Are we running from are we running from or are we moving toward?

So let's let's dissect what it means to be running from and what it means to be moving toward.

It may seem as a play of word,

It may seem as a you know linguistic kind of play or game,

A linguistic game.

But let me assure you that while it may seem trivial as how the sacred laws reflect and coming back to how they work,

There's a huge difference in demonstration,

There's a huge difference in manifestation,

Whether we are running from something or moving towards something.

So what does it mean to be running from something?

Well it means that we are locked on to,

We're turning our attention towards something that we do not wish to see manifested and we're doing everything we can to get away from that,

Right?

That's what it means to be running from something,

To get away from that.

But regardless,

The sacred laws,

What they are picking up,

As fast as we may be running,

What they are picking up is that we're turning our attention towards something that we do not wish to see manifested.

And as they don't care whether or not we wish to see it or don't wish to see it,

What we're calling into our experience is that very thing.

So it's whenever we are running away from something,

Trying to get away from something,

Trying to escape something,

By virtue of the vibration that we're sending out,

By virtue of where we're turning our attention,

We're calling the very thing that we're trying to get away from into our experience.

So that's what it means to be running away from something.

Let's have a look at what it means to be moving toward something,

Which is a completely different vibration.

Running away from something,

It's quite low,

It's exhausting,

It's like efforting and struggling and we're running very very hard and very very fast,

Getting tired,

Moving towards something,

Being pulled by something that we wish to experience.

That's a completely different vibration,

That's a much higher vibration.

So what does it mean to be moving towards something?

Well it means that we may still be in the same condition,

But we're not trying to get away from the condition,

But our attention is turned toward what we wish to experience.

So we're in a condition that perhaps is not to our liking,

But we're not bothering ourselves as much with the particular condition,

We're not rehearsing,

We're not complaining,

We're not,

You know,

Ruminating about it,

But we have our attention turned toward what we wish our lives would be like.

And so we're trying to get away from what we wish our lives would be like.

And so we're gradually moving towards that,

Taking steps,

Some incremental,

Some huge,

Some quantum leaps in the direction of what we wish to desire.

And once again,

As the sacred laws only care about what we're turning our attention to,

When we have our attention turned on what we wish to experience,

That is what we're calling into our experience.

Fixed on something that we do not wish to experience,

That is what we're calling into experience.

Kind of like the mirror.

I'm holding up something that I wish to see,

Or actually let's begin in this end.

I'm holding up something that I don't wish to experience in front of the mirror.

And as long as I keep holding it,

As long as I keep looking at it,

That's going to be the reflection in the mirror.

But I can exchange that for something that I wish to experience.

I'm still holding something up in front of the mirror,

But now it's something that fills me with joy,

And inspiration,

And a sense of peace.

Completely different vibrations.

Completely different vibrations.

And so I was in meditation earlier today and became aware that I have been running from something.

There's a particular condition that I have in my life that I do not wish to experience.

I don't want it at all.

But that's what I've been turning my attention to for quite some time.

I don't want this.

I don't want this.

I want it to be something else.

I don't know what it is that I wish for it to be,

But I know that I don't want this.

So I've been not so much complaining,

Not so much moaning,

But I've been in a space of resistance.

I've been in a space of resistance over being here,

Stuck in this condition.

And then it just dawned on me in meditation that actually that's not at all what happened.

What happened was that in meditation I began to catch downloads over what it is that I wish.

So it wasn't a conscious choice for me to move from what I don't want to experience to what I do wish to experience.

My attention was just pulled toward that vision.

And it was such a joyous experience.

It was a very palpable and physical experience in the sense that my whole body just began to vibrate.

And where there's not been all that much inspiration these last few weeks perhaps,

Now I'm flooded with it.

Because now I'm not running away from something,

I'm moving toward something.

An adventure has emerged in a sense.

An adventure of discovery,

Of exploring,

Of allowing for something new to be birthed and to emerge and come forth into this world,

Onto this planet.

So there's a completely different vibration.

So the question that I'm inviting us to ask is in this moment,

Am I more trying to run away from something than I am moving toward something?

Am I having my attention more turn what I don't wish to experience than what I do wish to experience?

And it's a quite simple scan of where we are in vibration,

Where we are in consciousness.

Consciousness always precedes form.

So a consciousness filled with all the bad things that we don't wish to experience is calling that into experience.

Consciousness filled with possibilities,

With opportunities,

With blessings,

With gifts,

With the sense that I am on an adventure.

I love this.

Life is good.

All is well.

Something wonderful is happening.

That consciousness,

Well,

It calls that experience into our lives.

So that's my invitation to ask that question.

Thank you so,

So much for tuning in,

For listening,

For participating.

Until the next time,

I absolutely bless,

Bless,

Bless our days,

And I bless,

Bless,

Bless our ways with much love.

Namaste.
