Magic Immersion Meditation Take a moment to settle your system in a lovely stable and supported posture.
Allow everything to settle,
Your muscles,
Your weight,
Your breath,
Your mind,
And breathe.
Become aware of the objects and the feeling in your immediate environment around you.
Feel the subtle vibration in the atmosphere,
In the supports for your body,
The sounds and smells within your immediate space,
Your sense of light from behind closed eyes,
All different forms of energy.
By contrast,
Now,
Feel the amplified vibration within you,
Your skin,
Your blood flow,
Your organs,
Your bones.
Now wider still,
The thoughts that are emanating from you,
Your emotional field,
Your will.
All these emanations extend beyond your skin line in a beautiful,
Vibrating,
Humming sphere around your whole body.
I want you now to extend your awareness to the highest,
Most perceivable point and see there a disk of pure white light.
Feel the presence of this small circle as an opening and beyond it,
On the other side of it is the soul of creation itself,
Pure potential,
Pure creativity,
Pure love.
Feel it connect with you,
Knowing that you are seeking its presence in this time and space,
Within your mind and body,
Your heart,
Your spirit.
It's your intention and your inhalations to draw down from this portal,
High,
High up above you,
A stream of pure white light.
With each in-breath,
See this tendril of love extend into this dimension and easily and gently make its way to you,
To your crown chakra.
Feel the energy,
The presence gather and concentrate in atmospheric energy above your crown.
It is intelligence itself and it is responding to your intention,
Guide it towards you in a concentrating mass above your head.
As it stabilizes and substantiates,
You will feel the desire to allow it into your system and its desire to merge with you.
Open your crown and feel this beautiful stream of magical light enter and fill your whole head and throat.
Keep the bottom gate of your throat closed and breathe into the filling feeling as the energy descends into your head and neck.
As it concentrates,
You will feel the desire to open your system further.
Open the gate of your throat and feel this warm,
Loving light of creation stream down into your heart space,
A continuous flow of energy.
Feel it interpenetrating your own physical heart,
Keep the bottom gate of your heart closed and maintain your breathing in a gentle,
Even rhythm.
The whole of your chest,
Your lungs,
Your heart chakra is igniting with the love of creation.
Now open the base gate of your heart and feel the stream of love flow effortlessly down into your solar plexus and your sacral.
The entire midsection of your system is now filling and pulsing with divine light.
Feel it swirling in the bowl of your pelvis.
As you breathe,
It infuses all of your organs,
Your cells.
It streams into your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers.
You can feel it humming at each fingertip and in your palms.
With the concentration of living energy of magic and potential now igniting your upper energy body,
Open the gate at the base of your core and feel the energy rush down to fill your legs,
Feet and toes.
Sit coarse down the structure of your leg bones and the tiny delicate bones of ankles,
Feet and toes.
Feel it humming at the tip of each toe and concentrating in swirling spirals in the soles of your feet.
Now in one final movement,
When the concentration feels high enough,
Open the gates of your feet and allow the flow to rush down into the earth.
A river of magical light streaming through you from the causal realms into this time and space,
Through your energy body and deep into the earth.
Sense its glorious reunion with the spirit of the earth through you.
Stay with this now,
Gently breathing and allowing this stream to align you,
To cleanse you,
To enliven you even more.
It's time now to gather yourself back into the here and now.
Become aware once again of the feeling of your body,
The supports that are touching it.
Become aware once again of your immediate environment,
The smells,
The light,
The sounds.
When you're ready,
You can start to move your body in whichever way it's calling for.
You can stretch,
Twist,
Shake or move,
Whatever feels right.
Extend your awareness now to the time and the date.
Get your bearings in the here and now.
Very gently,
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
And our practice of immersion in magic is now complete.
