I'm Danielle Straight.
I'm so grateful we are sharing this beautiful new day together.
In this practice I will guide you through this sacred morning reset meditation to reconnect with your breath and awaken a deep sense of gratitude and grace.
You may be gently waking up or already enjoying your morning routine.
Begin your day with intention,
Stillness and soulful connection.
Please do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
Let's begin.
Start by finding a comfortable position with eyes closed or softly focused.
Breathe in deeply,
Let your belly rise and hold two three four.
Exhale two three four and let it all out with a sigh,
Releasing all that was before.
Continue to breathe slowly and deeply in and out.
You might like to also do a gentle embodied stretch,
Whether seated,
Standing or lying down.
Whatever feels comfortable for you,
You know your body best.
I invite you to lift or imagine your arms above your head,
Stretching up to the sky with palms open,
Ready to greet this new day.
Invite the day in,
Ready to receive.
Stretch your body out as the Sun gently rises,
Awakening the light within you.
Say goodbye to the night sky and good morning to a new beginning,
A fresh start.
Feel this energy all the way down to your toes.
Now soften your body and return to your normal rhythm of breathing.
And out.
Really feel the connection with your body.
You might like to place your hands on your heart and on your belly,
The sacral chakra just below your belly button,
Your powerful gut brain where your intuition lives.
Relax into your sacred morning practice.
Greet this day with a smile and your heart full of gratitude and grace.
Give thanks to your surroundings,
Your life and your loved ones.
Trust in spirit and the universe,
Knowing you'll be divinely guided on this day to the moments of joy that are waiting for you.
Today is a blessing as we give thanks to something greater than ourselves.
As we co-create this beautiful new day together,
Call in all the parts of you that may have drifted during the night.
Today is where your inner light is renewed.
I invite you to repeat to yourself,
I am magnetic,
I am radiant,
I am vibrant,
I am calm and I am at ease.
Breathe in the energy of this beautiful new day.
Feeling your body expand with this beautiful fresh air that you've breathed in.
In the stillness of this morning,
You are supported.
Allow yourself to soften and surrender.
To be vulnerable,
Knowing that everything you need is within you.
Give thanks for this moment,
Embracing the morning light.
No matter where you are,
You can feel or imagine this beautiful golden light warming your soul,
Relaxing your mind and energizing your body.
As this light flows through you,
It washes away all your worries and stress that no longer serve you.
There is nowhere to go and nowhere to be.
You might like to repeat to yourself this statement,
I gently release the weight of yesterday.
There is nothing I need to carry into this day but love.
Breathe in gratitude and breathe out old stories.
Breathe in grace and breathe out anxiety.
Breathe in presence and most importantly breathe out stress and overwhelm.
In this sacred and safe space,
Feel calm and grounded.
Welcome all the coming gifts and possibilities this new day brings.
Feel into the energy of peace that now surrounds you,
The stillness around you.
Reconnect to your soul.
Listen closely.
You can hear your own wisdom.

Feel into this moment using all of your senses.
In this sacred space,
Allow yourself to receive and carry this message into your day with a peaceful heart as the sun continues to shine and illuminate the way ahead.
Now with that beautiful divine message you've received,
Use that to help you set your intentions for this day and trust that all amazing things are coming to you for your highest good.
