Closing your eyes and taking three deep cleansing breaths.
Take a deep inhale through the nose,

An open mouth exhale,
Sigh and release it out.
Another deep inhale,
Filling yourself up with this prana,
This life force energy.
Open mouth exhale,
Audible sound as you release.
Last one,
Deepest,
Fullest breath in.
Filling yourself up with this energy.
And then open mouth exhale,
Sigh and release it out with an audible sound.
Close your mouth,
Allow your natural breath to flow in and out through your nose.
Find yourself slipping deeper and deeper into a state of pure relaxation.
Relaxing your eyes,
Your jaw,
Your neck and shoulders.
Experiencing a peaceful energy flowing through your upper back,
Mid back and lower back.
Easing and releasing any and all tension.
With every breath,
You are absorbing into the tranquility of peacefulness.
The gentle tide of your breath eases you into this restful but awake state.
You are a powerful creator of your world.
You have the power within you to change the life around you.
You are worthy and deserving of everything you desire.
You can have it all.
Bring into your focus three things you are grateful for right now in your life.
Elevating your energy into a state of appreciation.
Experiencing these people,
Places or things in their fullest expression.

Notice the colors,
