Welcome to the meditation on confidence.
Whether you're leading an important meeting,
Going out on a first date,
Negotiating a salary,
Performing on stage,
Working with a client,
Delivering a presentation,
Whatever it might be.
And you need to cultivate this feeling of self-worth and self-confidence.
Just know that this meditation is always available to you.
Confidence exists beyond the thinking mind.
It's something that's always within you and you can tap into this confidence at any time.
Practicing this meditation is going to allow you to tap into this feeling whenever you need it the most.
We'll begin first with the breath of fire.
Three rounds.
So find your comfortable seat,
Sitting up straight and tall,
Closing the eyes and settling into your space.
We'll take a deep cleansing breath before we begin our breath of fire.
Take a slow long deep inhale through the nose and open mouth exhale,
Sighing it out,
Releasing anything that you have been holding on to.
And breathe in halfway for our first round of breath of fire and begin.
Powerful exhales here,
Allowing the belly to expand on your exhale.
Make sure that this breath is powerful.
Think about it burning off anything that no longer serves you.
Just ten more seconds here in this first round of the breath of fire.
Take a slow long deep inhale through the nose,
Sipping up your energy like through a straw,
Holding the breath at the top,
Holding and suspending your inhale,
Allowing yourself to pull your energy from the lower spine,
The lower chakras,
Up and into the space of the third eye,
The midbrain.
Open mouth exhale,
Sighing it out here,
Releasing any and all tension on your exhale.
Taking a couple moments here in between our rounds,
Allowing your natural breath to flow.
And we'll begin our second round.
Breathe in halfway and begin breath of fire.
Make that breath very powerful.
With every breath you are burning off the self-doubt.
You are burning off the fear of not being good enough.
Fuel that breath to really dissolve and burn out any of those feelings that have been holding you back.
Powerful exhales here through that nose.
Feeling your abdominals here,
Contract,
Feeling your abs on fire.
Ten more seconds here of this breath of fire.
Slow,
Deep inhale through the nose,
Sipping your energy from the base of the spine up to the third eye,
Holding and suspending your breath at the top of your inhale.
Holding the breath at the top,
Take another sip of air in,
Keeping your awareness up and into the third eye,
The midbrain.
Then open mouth exhale,
Sigh and release it out.
Make an audible sound here.
Take a couple moments of your natural rhythm to flow just for a couple moments here.
We'll begin our third and final round of breath of fire.
Take an inhale halfway and begin.
Powerfully pumping that navel,
Powerful exhales here.
Imagine and visualize that you are burning off and surfacing anything that has been holding you back.
Any of the roadblocks,
Any of the obstacles,
You are bringing them to the surface and you are burning them out,
Dissolving them with this breath.
This breath is powerfully purifying and cleansing you.
Ten more seconds here of this powerful breath of fire.
Can you have deeper,
Fuller breaths?
Even more powerful for this last five seconds here.
Slow,
Long,
Deep inhale through the nose.
Sipping up your energy like a straw from the base of the spine all the way up to the midbrain.
Holding your awareness and your breath at that center of the forehead,
The space between the brows.
Holding your prana,
Holding your attention and your energy here.
Take another sip of air in,
Holding your awareness.
Then open mouth,
Exhale,
Release with an audible sound.
Any sound that you'd like to release.
Close the lips,
Close the mouth,
And begin to visualize and experience what it feels like to be confident.
Where does confidence feel in your body?
What does confidence feel like in your heart?
What do you see as yourself being confident?
What do you wear being fully confident?
How do you stand?
How do you walk?
How do you sound when you are confident?
What is your voice like?
How strong and powerful are you with your words and your voice?
What does confidence taste like?
What sensations do you have in your mouth when you're speaking strong,
Empowered words?
What does it sound like to be fully confident?
Say the words out loud with me here.
I am confident.
I am worthy.
I am unique.
I am perfect.
I am special.
I am whole.
I am complete.
I am bold.
I am courageous.
I am powerful.
I am important.
I am inspiring.
I am motivating.
I am ambitious.
I am intelligent.
I am confident.
Taking a moment to really feel and embody this confidence of who you are.
Nothing to change.
You are perfectly designed exactly the way you are.
You have a unique story.
You have unique skills.
You have unique gifts that need to be shared in this world,
In this lifetime.
And you are fully confident in who you are and how to express yourself.
You are making a huge impact on this planet.
You are connected to your purpose and you can feel the strength and courage of who you are being expressed in everything that you do.
Embrace this real version of you.
Be unapologetically 100% you.
Take a long slow deep inhale through the nose and a sigh of relief on the exhale.
Surrendering this feeling of confidence,
Emanating it out into the world.
Slowly open your eyes back into this body,
Back into this space and allow all of your thoughts,
Words,
And actions be made by you.
Who you are,
Who you stand to be in confidence.
