After a series of Dr. Andrew Weil's calming (4-7-8) breaths, you will be grounded in Earth's energy. Then, you will open your crown chakra, connecting you to a higher consciousness. After this preparation, you will be transported to a beautiful forest hiking path, dip into a tranquil mountain lake, and rest for the evening in a quiet cave adorned with ancient petroglyphs.
