All right,
Good morning.
Today I want to answer the question on why we sometimes keep repeating the same emotional or physical patterns even though we're aware of them.
You know,
I'm talking about those situations where you,
For example with your relationships,
You're having a relationship with someone and you're experiencing maybe a toxic relationship and you break up and a year later you're having a new partner and you're experiencing the same toxicity in the relationship.
It's coming over and over again.
Or when you have friendships and you're experiencing the same patterns in your friendships.
This can also be with eating habits,
For example.
You're repeating things over and over again and this could be just like nervous system loops that you're repeating those like panic attacks or whatever it is and the point here is that your energy,
The energy that you are made of,
The energy that is flowing through your body,
The energy that is holding your cellular memories in your cells needs to move in order to transform.
And I believe that we are here on this planet and we do have,
We do have this capability of who we can become and maybe even a path or a skill set or how do I say it?
Just this purpose on being here and in order to step into making this purpose a reality,
We need to become a certain person.
We need to be,
To grow into,
Well for some people we maybe need to be strong in order to hold others.
Maybe we need to experience illnesses over and over again in order to help other people heal because we have overcome it.
Or we need to have those toxic relationships in order to learn something and the universe or God or whatever you believe in really wants you to grow from that experience.
It wants you to gain that skill set and so it is giving you those opportunities,
Those challenges to grow from there,
To learn from them and to build that strength that only comes from these challenges.
And so when you take on a challenge and it represents to you in any situation in your life,
Then there are two options and the first option is to not take it on,
To suppress it,
To walk around it,
To take the easy road out of it.
So the challenge was presented to you but you are not taking it so you are not transforming it and it comes over and over and over again because the universe wants you to learn something from it and you need to learn it so it is going to represent it to you again and again and again until you decided to take option two and to step into it.
You know we always have to go inside the darkness in order to see the light.
That is why we have darkness every single night and then there comes this beautiful,
Beautiful sunrise.
After every drop in the markets,
On the financial markets,
There comes a high afterwards.
This is how life is,
There is darkness and there is light.
And the moment you say yes to the challenge and you drop into the darkness and you look into the situation,
What is the lesson here?
What is this going to tell me?
Why is this coming up in my life?
And you start to reflect it and you take it on to your own responsibility and you really sit there with yourself,
Holding your heart and your soul in your hands and take it on and you go through the darkness,
You experience the pain,
You experience the grief,
You experience the challenge and then you will grow out of it and it will never ever come back again.
So think of any loop that you are experiencing currently and really step a couple of inches back and look at it from the outside.
What is this situation telling you?
Why is it coming up?
What growth can come here from that?
Feel free to share any loops of yours,
Any insights in the feedbacks.
I'm happy to be here for you and have a beautiful day.
