Hey love,

Let's bring it back to the beginning,

Like beginning,

Beginning.

Before all the expectations,

Before the pain,

The trauma,

The comparison,

The pressure to prove anything.

What were you made from?

Energy,

Vibration,

Pure life force,

The same stuff stars are made of,

The same creative force that holds galaxies in motion,

That forms the rhythm of oceans and breathes trees into existence.

The same force,

Call it god,

Source,

Universe,

Creation,

Whatever you want,

Created you.

And here's the thing most people forget,

That force is love,

Not the conditional kind,

Not the perform for it kind,

The pure,

Intelligent,

Organizing,

Alive kind of love.

So when I tell you,

You are made of love,

I don't mean it as acute affirmation,

I mean it as literal truth.

Your cells,

Your breath,

Your aura,

It all vibrates with the intelligence of love.

Even the parts of you you try to hide,

Even the parts of you that hurt,

Even your fear is just love trying to protect you.

You don't have to become love,

You are love.

That's why it hurts so much when you abandon yourself,

Because you're going against your own nature.

That's why it feels so good when you're kind,

When you forgive,

When you create,

When you give,

Because that's your home frequency,

That's where you come from.

The world has tried to cover that up,

Tried to make you feel like you have to earn love,

Tried to tell you you're not enough unless you fit a mold,

Look a certain way,

Act a certain way,

Be a certain way.

But none of that is the truth.

The truth is,

You are love in motion,

You are love remembering itself.

And when you stop running,

When you come back to yourself,

When you let yourself feel again,

You feel it.

That quiet hum inside you,

That soft warmth that doesn't need to shout,

That's you,

That is love,

That's your original language.

So don't wait for someone else to reflect it back,

Don't wait for the world to catch up,

You're already it.

You don't need to earn what you already are,

It felt like the world was crumbling, though clearly it was secure. It looked like resilence had met its match in the relentlessness of random stupidity. Love was failing. But that was all but illlusion. From the beginning, all was well. And here and now, in the stunning energy of love, all is well.
