And today I want to talk about one thing that you've been trying to fix,
Manage,
Or figure out that is completely outside of your control.
You know,
That one thing that's sitting in the back of your mind,
Taking up all that space.
You've turned it over in your mind a hundred times.
You've looked at it from every angle and maybe even lost sleep over it.
Here's the thing,
It's never yours to solve.
Today,
We're not going to fix it.
We're not trying to figure anything out.
We're just gonna practice something a little different,
Letting it go,
Just for today.
And when I say that,
I don't mean forever,
And we're not pretending that this does not exist.
We're setting it down just right now for the moment.
We're letting go because letting go is allowed,
Even if it doesn't feel like it is.
So I'm going to give you just for today affirmations,
And I'll say them twice so that you can say them out loud or you can keep them in your head,
But that way you can follow along with me.
And I want you to say them like you mean it because that's actually the point even if we're not feeling it right now this is motivation to get us in that kind of groove of the affirmation for today.
So here we go.

In this moment right now,
That carrying all of that,
Whatever that is weighing you down,
Isn't helping you.
It's not helping you,
It's not helping the person you're worried about,
And it's really not helping this situation.
So you're allowed to set that down just for today.
