Hey there,

Welcome.

Welcome to Insight Timer.

My name is Dana DeMara and I would like to lead you through a meditation today that will allow you to feel more connected to your intuition.

So I know a lot of us know what our intuition is and we know when it's speaking to us,

But sometimes we don't follow it and then immediately we're like,

Dang,

Why didn't I listen to my intuition?

So this meditation will drop you in a bit deeper into that connection and give you the courage you need to truly believe it and follow it and know that it is truly a message from the universe,

From God,

From source,

Divine,

Whatever you want to call that higher power.

So I'm really honored to be here today and I want to thank you.

As always,

Please ready your space.

Find a spot where you will be undisturbed and close your eyes.

Take a few cleansing breaths.

I do love the cleansing breaths.

Just inhale through the nose and really just,

Ah.

When you find that space of stillness,

Spin your internal dristi so your gaze,

Spin it behind the eyes.

So I want you to just literally imagine gazing behind you.

So we spend all day,

Every day looking out into the world.

The moment we wake up to the moment we go to sleep.

And while our eyesight is such a beautiful gift,

What a gorgeous gift.

Thank you,

Thank you for this gift.

Sometimes we get clouded and we judge by something that we see with our eyes when really our complete internal guidance system is happening and tuning in when our eyes are closed.

What I want you to do before we begin this meditation is I want you to take your two hands in front of you like your hands are in prayer.

And I want you to rub your hands together vigorously so you can probably hear me.

Just rub your hands vigorously together.

If you had a little stick in between your two hands and you were trying to create a fire,

Right?

So just keep rubbing your hands together and rubbing your hands together so it creates this heat and keep doing that and stay with Ujjayi breath eyes are still closed.

Rubbing your hands and rubbing your hands and rubbing your hands and you're going to do that for five,

For four,

For three,

For two and then one now cover your eyes in complete darkness.

This this is the space where intuition is born when we are in the dark.

When we are uncertain,

When the lights go out,

When things change.

This is where we rely on our intuition.

Sometimes when things get dark or uncertain,

We look around outside of ourselves for some sort of sign and while that is beautiful and wonderful to look for inspiration outside of ourselves.

For this meditation today,

I do want you to drop into the darkness into the space behind the eyes.

And with your eyes closed and your hands over your eyes,

I want you to just really look into the vastness behind the eyes where there is nothing and yet know that there is everything in that space.

And in this space,

I want you to imagine just above your head,

Two little antennas like TV antennas,

Right?

And they're coming out of this vast space of nothing,

Reaching all the way to the sky.

And the color of these two antennas,

I like to envision them as like a luminescent like a pearl color.

And so they're not clear,

But they're just this beautiful pearl color.

And they lead straight to the divine.

And from those two sweet antennas that sprouted from behind your eyes up to source,

There are multiple infinite little shoots of energies and little teeny antennas that are doing the same thing.

So they're supporting this line of resonance we call our intuition.

And every time you breathe in,

You strengthen those two main antennas and all of its little offshoots.

So your intuition meter gets very strong.

And instead of trying to open the eyes for guidance,

You begin to connect deeper to this energy field we call source.

And you begin to recognize the difference between your ruminated thoughts,

Repetitive thoughts,

And this complete download from source.

You feel a sense of relaxation in the third eye and in the jaw and in the body.

You create a pathway of trust.

You can take your hands away from your eyes,

But please do leave your eyes closed.

And I want you to take your hands now to your heart.

And we just imagine now that that energy comes from third eye down into the heart.

So all of this intuitive guidance that we receive in one day now drops into the filter of the heart through love and gratitude and compassion.

And it swirls through that energy of the heart that is a beautiful emerald green and gold.

And then take your hands and place them on your belly.

So sitting up nice and tall.

And we connect the cord from our intuitive guidance through the heart down into the belly so that we begin to experience that gut feeling that we talk about that we feel into.

And we begin to trust our actions are aligned with source.

We begin to be able to distinguish between fear and intuitive guidance wisdom.

You can keep your hands on your belly,

Or just place them in your lap.

Let these three points of connection be strong and sturdy.

May you trust your intuitive guidance and may you allow everything that you think that you say and that you do be guided from this place.

May everything be infused with love,

Gratitude.

And may you move forward from that place today from that deep sense of connection to source to God to the divine to your intuition.

In a few more breaths.

She slowly bring all of that energy back into your body.

Your eyes are still closed but the gaze comes just center of the eyes.

So it's as if you were almost readying yourself to take on the outside world with your gaze now completely fortified with this deeper connection.

Go ahead and flutter the eyes open now and take a little survey of your surroundings.

Take a big,

Deep breath in through your nose and exhale all of your breath out.
