This is a meditation for Aries season,
Though you can return back to this meditation any time you're looking to tap into the bold and courageous sign of Aries.
Aries season is a time of new beginnings with fiery energy.
Ruled by the planet of action,
Mars,
Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac.
We will use this knowledge to connect with the courageous energy and bring it into your life.
To begin,
Find a comfortable,
Supported,
Seated position where your hips are in line with your shoulders.
If possible,
Elevate your hips above your knees.
It helps to lift your shoulders up,
Back,
And down,
Opening up your chest,
Allowing for a free flow of oxygen with each inhale and exhale.
Find a comfortable position for your hands and close your eyes,
Begin to breathe deeply.
You get distracted during this meditation.
All you have to do is return back to your breath.
Imagine yourself in your own power,
Ready to face any challenges that come your way with courage and resilience.
With each inhale,
Imagine the Aries characteristics,
Passion,
And determination filling your body.
With each exhale,
Release any doubt or fears that may be holding you back.
Envision a path stretched out in front of you.
This path is illuminated by the flames of your inner fire.
What new idea or project do you wish to explore?
What aspects of yourself do you want to cultivate?
As you step forward,
Feel yourself moving closer to your goals and aspirations.
Continuing on the path,
You remember to honor your unique abilities and trust your instincts.
Embrace this Aries energy that brings opportunities for growth and self-discovery,
Knowing that you have the power to create the life you desire and that the universe is supporting you every step of the way.
Take a moment to express gratitude for the path that illuminates your dreams and slowly allow it to fade.
Let the sensations that came to you during this meditation be absorbed into your body,
Into your muscles,
Tendons,
Ligaments,
And bones,
And let it stay with you this Aries season.
Begin to deepen your breath and allow your awareness to return back to the present moment.
Begin to invite movement back into your body by wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Moving your shoulders up and down,
Maybe even giving yourself a hug.
Take note of the sounds and the colors in your space and the difference in your body from just a few minutes ago.
Give yourself time before continuing on with your day.
