Welcome friend,

Happy to share this moment with you.

Today we'll use our breath as a tool.

With this tool we'll invite in a teacher or a guide to help us work through something that's been on our mind.

I'll invite you to get into a comfortable position and feel the sensation.

Lengthening your spine,

Rolling back your shoulders,

Closing your eyes,

Feeling your feet placed on the ground,

Your sit bones against the seat,

Ease into your body.

Thoughts and ideas,

Maybe even bodily sensations may arise.

When that does,

You simply wave hello and let it go.

Your next inhale,

You can take in the deepest breath you've done thus far today.

Fill your body with the oxygen that it needs to grow and to learn.

If you're feeling settled into your body,

I'll invite you to think of someone who inspires you,

Something that makes you feel safe and seen,

Maybe even loved.

It can be a tree,

An older version of you,

A pet,

Maybe even the warmth from the sun.

Whatever it is,

Imagine that it's in this space with you and together your energies combine.

You feel a sudden self love,

Self-awareness.

Because you feel safe,

You are open to sharing an obstacle that has been getting in the way.

In a judgment-free space and zone,

You're able to be authentic with yourself and show this thing what you are going through.

Knowing that you may not get the answer or the solution to this problem at this exact moment,

You know that it will come.

You patiently wait.

In the meantime,

You offer a moment in your body to share what it needs,

To release what no longer can be held onto.

If you've found that you've wandered,

Lost track,

That's okay.

It's all a part of this.

Kindly return to your breath when you feel ready to do so.

As your time together with your teacher or your guide,

Your loved ones come to an end in this space,

Let it serve as a reminder that above all,

You are your best teacher.

You are your most inspiring student.

And by giving yourself some gratitude,

Some appreciation,

You're on the right track.

I'll invite you now to use this movement in your mind to inspire your body,

Maybe rotating around your hips,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Rolling out your shoulders.

And allow the soundtrack of your life to trickle in.

Notice the changes in the sun,

The space.

If you close your eyes today,

You're welcome to open them,

Taking your time to get out of this tender moment.

I thank you for sharing space with me.

Thank you for exploring your mind.

If you feel called to do so,

I invite you to do so.

Thank you for exploring your mind.

If you feel called to do so,

You can thank yourself for this moment.
