Transcript

Closing your eyes and taking in a deep breath through your nose like you are smelling a sweet flower and letting out a big exhale like you are blowing out birthday candles.

One more time inhaling through your nose letting out a big exhale from your mouth.

Settling into a comfortable position and imagining yourself as an incredible,

Majestic,

And colorful unicorn.

You are bold,

You are brave,

And you are unlike any other creature out there.

Feeling powerful and confident,

You gallop through the trails of a beautiful forest.

Feeling the cool wind as it blows across your strong body.

As you ride through this forest,

You repeat the following sentences to yourself.

I am brave.

I am powerful.

I am rare.

I am unique.

I am kind.

I am loving.

I am special.

I am confident.

I am one of a kind.

As your ride comes to an end,

You feel so wonderful and happy knowing that you are one of a kind and that there is no one in this world like you.

As you breathe in through your nose,

Imagining you are breathing in a bright rainbow light.

As you exhale,

Imagine that you are exhaling this rainbow light out through your mouth.

One more time,

Inhaling through your nose,

Imagining the beautiful rainbow light going into your body and letting out a big exhale as the rainbow light shoots out from your mouth.

Now I want you to start slowly wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Bringing some awareness and attention back to where you are in this room.

Slowly blinking your eyes open if that feels good.

Bringing both of your palms together and rubbing them together to create some warmth and friction.

When they feel warm enough,

Placing both of your warm hands over your eyes,

Spreading that warmth across your face,

Lowering them back down onto your lap.

Feeling confident,

Calm,

And relaxed,

Ready for the rest of your day.
