Devote this time to cultivating a lens of tender loving awareness. Using the stillness and amplified focus of meditation to see residual habits and ways of perceiving the self and daily life and explore a more fulfilling and compassionate viewpoint of reality through the eyes of the heart.

Welcome,

Beloved,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Live here fully.

First,

Let us connect to the sankalpa,

Or the intention for today's meditation.

This time in meditation,

Where the external fades into the background and the internal becomes amplified.

We have the opportunity to redefine how we relate to our senses of perception.

The same way our perception of smell can become amplified when we close our eyes,

The way we are relating to reality becomes amplified throughout meditation.

As we abide in our awareness,

Noticing what is lingering here and devoting our time to observation,

We begin to see ourselves,

Our patterns,

Our way of relating to reality even more clearly.

This is the key to expansion.

If we do not see where we are standing,

How are we to know where to step next?

If we do not see ourselves,

How are we to befriend our existence?

So let us devote this time to building a loving way of relating to ourselves,

To return time and time again,

To finding a way to greet all that we perceive,

The breath,

Sensations,

Thoughts,

Sounds,

Internal resistance,

And even pleasure,

With a sweet appreciation.

Now,

Slowing down the breath.

The input from the external begins to dwindle down.

And we begin to arrive into our center.

Each moment,

An opportunity to let the mind take a step back and simply observe.

There's nothing to change and nowhere you have to hold on.

Whatever is here that you notice,

Can you find a way to open to it?

Giving the self for anything that you need to,

Anything that you might be holding onto that keeps you from breathing into this moment in full trust.

Give yourself an internal permission slip.

Speak to your heart.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Ho'oponopono.

Ho'oponopono.

Ho'oponopono.

The Hawaiian forgiveness prayer.

Freeing and releasing.

Welcoming forgiveness.

Ho'oponopono.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Ho'oponopono.

Ho'oponopono.

I love you.

I love you.

Great.

Teaching and teaching the mind that it is safe to rest in peace in this moment,

In any sensation,

With any thought that arises.

Devoting your mind to seeing and finding the ways that it can hold this moment in a tender loving presence.

Life pulsating through you,

Unveiling itself to you,

Through your direct felt experience.

Letting it come and letting go just as easily.

Letting go.

Great.

Letting take these last few breaths to thank yourself for opening to this practice.

For stepping into the depths of seeing by slowing down,

Down,

Down into the internal realm.

And as you commit to finding ways to view with a tender loving presence,

You begin to see all the walls you have built against love.

Begin to slowly bring yourself back.

Deepening the breath.

Feeling where your skin makes contact with the air around you.

Noticing any breeze or temperature.

And notice any effects of this practice.

And when you're ready,

Bring your palms together into Anjali Mudra,

Prayer position at your heart center.

Symbolically uniting duality and joining together and loving all accepting awareness.

It's nice to lose the Leonard Nussbaum feeling divided up by virtue.

Soothing, present, articulate and crisp. Felt like poetry for my consciousness.
