Journey through all 9 chakras. Use gratitude, your breath, visualization, and awareness to bring them to function at their highest capacity. Connect deeply with the Earth Star Chakra beneath the root and the Wirachocha above the crown chakra. This attuning guided meditation supports you with healing frequencies for each chakra throughout the entire meditation.

Inside our microcosm of a body,

We have the whole macrocosm of the universe,

Circulating,

Spiraling and continuously existing,

Whether we bring our conscious attention to it or not.

Today,

We will use our attention and intentions to connect with our chakras and nourish them so that we can amplify and feel the potency lying within us,

Starting at the Earth Star Chakra.

This chakra is not one of the seven main chakras.

It is located about 12 inches or 30 centimeters beneath the feet,

Within the earth.

Therefore this chakra is in your aura,

Beneath your physical body.

It works to ground and anchor your whole chakra system and connect your personal energy field to the deep stability of Mother Nature.

This is where we can ground the physical manifestation that is our human body and its primal nature into that which is bigger than the self.

It is said this chakra can hold a connection to past lives and connection to the universal energy surrounding you.

You can visualize the chakra as a black,

Brown or a dark red color.

Take a few deep breaths,

Visualizing your breath coming into your nose,

Down your throat,

Filling your lungs,

Even reaching down your belly,

Hips,

Legs,

Ankles,

Feet and filling the Earth Star Chakra.

Each breath that you breathe goes into this Earth Star Chakra,

Strengthening it,

Revitalizing it with fresh energy.

The same way your breathing revitalizes the cells and organs in your body with fresh oxygen.

Your intentional breathing into this Earth Star Chakra nourishes its life force with fresh chi.

Feel your physical body gaining a stronger and even tangible feeling of stability.

A wave of warm heat emitting calmness and a sense of deep peace from your umbilical cord-like connection to the Earth that is your Earth Star Chakra.

For holding the sacred bond between my personal energy and the Earth's abundant universal energy.

Now bringing the attention to your root chakra.

In Sanskrit,

This chakra is known as Muladhara and it is the first of the seven main chakras.

It is the foundation for our being and related to our basic survival.

It is located at the base of the spine,

More specifically at your coccyx bone,

Typically seen as a bright red or brown color and felt as the Earth element.

The root chakra governs the bones,

Muscles,

Kidneys,

Colon and adrenal glands.

As our root chakra,

Connected to our basic survival,

We derive our feelings of belonging and safety from here.

Even the security that our basic primal needs are met.

This includes our thoughts and feelings around our safety financially,

All the way to emotional and physical safety as well.

Begin to breathe into this chakra,

Just as we did with the Earth Star chakra.

Bringing your breath deeply down into your root chakra,

Filling it with your attention and intentionally breathing deep breaths,

Filling this chakra full of fresh chi.

See its color begin to become more vibrant,

Becoming clear and regenerated from the power of your intention.

Thank you root chakra,

Muladhara,

For reminding me of how completely safe I am.

I am grateful to relax into the knowing that all of my needs are met and that I am blessed beyond belief.

I know that I am worthy of the ease that comes with knowing that I am secure in all of my needs.

I know and am grateful that my existence is necessary in this world.

I am grateful to always be safe and held and provided for by Mother Earth.

Thank you root chakra,

For your strength and vitality connecting me with abundance in all realms both the seen and the unseen.

Seeing your root chakra glowing a vibrant red,

Fully energized and rejoicing in the intrinsic safety and security that belongs to you.

Notice and soak into the feeling of grounded peace,

Security and safety this chakra provides you with.

Moving up the chakra system to the sacral chakra.

Known as Swadhisthana in Sanskrit,

It is the second chakra of the seven main chakras.

It is located in the region just below the navel.

It includes the hips,

Lower back,

Womb,

Testes,

Bladder,

Bowels,

Large intestine and pelvis.

Seen as a bright orange color and associated with the element of water.

Our relationship to emotions are stored here.

This chakra connects us with our ability to let life move through us,

To feel,

To tap into creativity and to play in the manifestations of life.

Our sexuality,

Pleasure and emotional freedom are held within this orange glowing energy center.

Breathe into the chakra and notice the state that it is currently in.

What do you feel in this center?

Allow your breath to refresh this chakra,

Bringing fresh soothing energy down into your navel center.

Full and deep breaths charging up your emotional center.

Recharging your sacral.

Thank you sacral chakra for guiding me to release old stagnant emotions with grace for the highest good.

Thank you for enlivening me to feel pleasure,

Ecstasy and to relish in the deliciousness of life.

Thank you for letting me find my inner balance within my adaptability,

Fluidity and creativity.

I am settled in the knowing that I am worthy of a life I am in love with.

Feel the sacral chakra charged with this acknowledgement.

Feel the passion radiating from it.

Tap into the ease and wisdom of the element of water which is a part of you.

See this orange energy center,

Vibrant,

Healthy and pulsating strongly.

Now shifting your attention to the solar plexus chakra,

Known as mani pura,

The third chakra in the seven chakra system.

This yellow sun-like energy center is located in the abdomen,

Above the navel and all the way up to the sternum.

The solar plexus rules the stomach,

Spleen,

Gallbladder,

Liver and the skin.

It is associated with the element of fire which is quite fitting for the chakra of our personal power.

Mani pura holds our warrior energy and sense of self.

This chakra holds our connection to our self-confidence and motivation.

It is the place we identify ourselves from.

It is where we pull from to set boundaries,

To take purposeful action and to maintain inner reliability.

Breathe into this fiery center of inner strength.

Letting your deep breaths fully into your nose,

Your lungs,

Your ribs and straight into this chakra.

Notice the comforting warmth in your belly as your inner determination,

Motivation and sense of self are refreshed and brought into perfect balance with your attention.

Thank you solar plexus for enlivening me to trust myself,

To value myself and to take care of myself.

Thank you for motivating me to honor and take action that aligns with my inner truth.

Thank you for revitalizing me to feel determined in myself,

My capabilities and to make the most of my life.

I am centered in the knowledge that I am meant to be successful,

To enjoy life and to be abundant.

I know that my success benefits others and only amplifies the abundance of the collective.

Feel your inner sun of motivation,

Optimism and self-love glowing a vibrant yellow.

Known as Anahata,

The fourth chakra,

Extending through the chest and down both arms,

It is connected to the circulatory system,

Lungs,

Shoulders,

Upper back,

Blood,

Immune system and the thymus gland.

Seen as the color green in the element of air,

Our feelings of connection reside here.

This energy center radiates our kindness,

Compassion,

Forgiveness and emotional acceptance.

It is from here we pull on our innocent,

Childlike joy and a clear emotional body that allows us to be touched by the beauty in life.

This chakra is located in the middle of the main seven chakras,

Being the bridge to connect the lower three earthly related chakras and the higher three spiritually related chakras.

Breathe into this powerful center,

Letting your breath,

The element of air,

Directly fill your lungs,

Fill your heart and clear out any past emotional wounds.

Let this air supply your heart chakra with its own nutritious element.

Each breath causing your heart chakra to grow stronger,

Radiating a softness of love that is unconditional throughout all the cells in your body,

Throughout your entire aura and filling all of your surroundings with a blessing of pure love.

Thank you heart chakra for connecting me to my surroundings through gratitude.

Thank you for generating sweet appreciation for life itself.

Thank you for cultivating a deep and peaceful patience in myself.

Thank you for this trust I hold in myself.

Bringing our center of focus to the fifth chakra,

Vashuta,

The throat chakra.

Located in the throat between the third eye chakra,

Our seat of intuition and the heart chakra,

The seat of our emotional connection.

This energy center acts as a bridge between our emotions and our intellect.

It controls the thyroid gland,

Vocal cords,

Mouth,

Tongue,

Jaw,

Shoulders,

Ears and teeth.

The color blue and the element ether resonate with this energy center.

It is the gateway from our inner world to our outer world,

Guiding how we listen to ourselves and our environment.

We communicate with this center and use it to translate our inner world,

Unfiltered and authentically.

Vashuta expresses our personal truth and creates form within the unmanifested.

Breathe into this chakra,

Letting the breath release any hesitation.

Clear away any confusion and strengthen your inner integrity.

See its blue color becoming a crystallized and purified blue.

Feel your breath solidifying your throat chakra into clarity,

Harmony and alignment with your highest truth.

Thank you for the grace I find to communicate my truth easily,

Honestly and in a way that benefits the collective.

Thank you for the harmony between my inner and outer world and the freedom I feel to be myself.

I am grateful for the ease I find in knowing when to listen and observe and when to express.

Feel the center cleansed in perfect harmony,

Resting in a state of balance.

Become aware of the cool soothing blue color encompassing this entire energy center.

Rest in the satisfying feeling of knowing your capability to communicate effectively,

Connected with your personal truth and easily able to actualize your ideas into your very reality.

At the third eye center between the brows lies the sixth chakra,

Asana.

Ruling the brain,

Pineal and pituitary glands.

Emanating the color indigo and connected to the element of light,

This chakra holds our mental perception of reality.

It is this energy center that conceptualizes meaning and understanding to that which we observe.

This chakra discerns what is illusory and what is real.

It guides us intuitively and provides us with enough openness in our being so that we can perceive situations clearly.

Take deep cleansing breaths,

Guiding it into your third eye chakra.

Letting the breath clear out any old belief systems that limit your ability to perceive clearly.

Your breath charges the chakra to function at its highest capacity and in perfect harmony to your soul.

Thank you for my ability to see myself clearly and to fully trust myself in discerning what is true.

I am grateful for my third eye center which transcends the conditioning that has been passed down to me and allows me to be objective.

I appreciate and am intimately connected with my intuition.

Thank you,

Ajna chakra,

For observing my thoughts at a distance and letting all negative thoughts that come into my mind to be filtered out easily.

Feel the power that radiates throughout your being by this chakra being revitalized,

Invigorated,

And functioning in its divine order.

Notice the calmness of feeling like an open receptor to the high levels of intelligence that exist naturally in your being.

Feel this vibrantly glowing indigo light swirling throughout your aura and nourishing you.

Now at the seventh chakra,

The crown chakra.

Located at the top of the head and extending slightly above it,

Sahasrara,

The thousand petal lotus.

Connected to this chakra are the colors bright white and golden.

Associated with the nervous system,

Pineal,

And hypothalamus gland.

The element of the cosmos resonates with this chakra as it is where we transcend the singular identity of I and return home to unity.

This energy center bridges the self and the cosmos,

Allowing one to connect to the levels of perception beyond the experiences available to the ego.

Here,

We are reminded of our true nature,

Settled into silence,

Connected to bliss,

And free from attachment.

True liberation resides here,

And our quest for spiritual connection stems from this chakra.

Breathing into this golden energy center,

Letting its light expand with each inhale and each exhale.

As you breathe with this chakra and focus here,

Notice how its divine presence spreads throughout all of you,

Bringing you to feel more centered in your being,

More at peace in this moment,

Unattached to any worries,

And simply at peace observing this moment.

Thank you for showing me a light beyond the temporary spark of my ego's fulfillment.

Thank you for reminding me of my inherent goodness,

Belonging,

And guiding me to attain liberation.

I am grateful to taste freedom beyond the conditions of the ego and to be deeply at peace with no resistance to life.

Notice the satisfaction in your being with this chakra's connection to being driven beyond self-centeredness and into union with a universe-centered state of being.

Feel this golden light bringing peace,

Comfort,

And bliss into the very simple act of being here,

Listening,

And existing.

Let yourself notice the subtleties in your breath,

Letting go of the mind,

And just feeling this moment.

To seal in this ascension and purification of your entire being,

We are going to bring our focus to the eighth chakra,

The Wirakocha,

Which resides about 12 or 30 centimeters above the crown of the head.

This chakra can be seen as an iridescence,

Or a golden halo of light.

This energy center lies beyond the human interpersonal identity and solely exists in the higher realms of consciousness,

Making this sacred space a source of highly purifying divine love.

It can clear personal karma,

Bring protection,

And energetically nourish the whole aura.

When you are ready,

In your own time,

Slowly and mindfully bring your hands to me in front of your heart center,

In prayer position.

While still in prayer position,

Raise both of your hands upward until they reach the space of your Wirakocha above your head.

As your hands reach this angelic center,

Feel warmth and bliss seeping into your fingertips.

And when you're ready,

Begin to rotate your hands outwards so that the back of your palms are touching one another.

This way you can grab the energy within the Wirakocha and slowly,

Intentionally pull this beautiful healing light down into your body.

Feeling the peace descend down each part of your body as your hands bring this light to encompass your entire energy field all the way down to the Earth Star Chakra,

Surrounding you in a transcendent beautiful light,

Kissing the cells of your body with bliss and total appreciation for you,

Exactly how you are right now.

When you are done,

Let your hands relax by your sides.

Feel yourself settled fully into this revitalized,

Nourished,

And loved state of being.

Soak in this for as long as you would like,

Knowing that you are worthy beyond your own comprehension,

That you are loved and capable of infinite possibilities.
