This Meditation is all about dropping into your body, inviting in a sense of stillness to be present with the sensations that are present with your body. This practice will not only enable you to build up a deeper connection to your body but really start to open up the door to trust your bodies sensations and tune into the subtleties of the sensations present in the body. This deep connection awakens a deep loving connection as well as learning the communication of the body. Enjoy this practice!

I invite you to remain seated or lay down whatever is the most comfiest position for you today.

And as you're adjusting your body to get extremely comfortable so that your body can relax deeper into this moment,

We're going to start to take some deep breaths together.

We're going to breathe in through our nose and out through our mouth for three breaths.

Breathing in,

And out.

And relax.

Last one,

All the way in.

And letting it go,

Relaxing deeper into this moment.

And as you're relaxing into this moment,

I invite you if you have not already to gently allow your eyes to close.

And as you allow your eyes to close,

I invite you to become aware of the floor beneath you,

The ground beneath you.

Notice what sensation you feel as you connect to the ground beneath you.

And tuning into your heartbeat,

Just noticing the sensation of your heart beating and welcoming the stillness of this now moment.

And as you're welcoming this moment by bringing your present awareness,

I invite you to start to bring your awareness to your feet.

Connecting to each foot separately.

And tune in to both of your feet now.

And notice what sensation is present,

What feeling is present.

Whatever the feeling is,

Trust your body's communication to you.

And as you're tuning into your feet and noticing the sensation,

Notice if one foot feels slightly different to the other.

And as this part of your body is communicating to you,

Sharing gratitude for the connection of dropping into your body in this moment.

And then bring your awareness up your leg,

All the way to your knees.

Both of the lower half of your legs.

Notice the front of your leg and the back of your leg.

And just tune in now,

Notice the sensation that is present for you.

And then bringing your awareness to your knees.

Noticing how your knees feel.

Getting curious over what sensation is present in your knees.

And then bringing your awareness up to the front of your leg,

Top part of your leg,

All the way to your hips.

Noticing the sensation that's present in the front of the top part of your leg and the back of your leg.

And then tuning in to your hips and your glutes.

Notice the sensations that are present in this part of your body.

And then bringing your awareness to your tummy.

Noticing the sensations that are present in your tummy in this moment.

And then bringing your awareness to your lower back.

What sensations are present for you there right now?

And then tuning in to the top part of your tummy,

Middle part of your back.

What sensations are present for you now?

And then bringing your awareness to your chest,

Your shoulders,

All the way down to your fingertips.

And then tuning in.

What sensations are present for you in this area of your body?

And then tuning in to your back,

Your upper part of your back.

Shoulder blades.

Noticing what sensations,

What feelings are present for you,

Whether there's tension or lightness.

What's present for you there?

And then bringing your awareness up your neck,

To your face,

All around your face.

Notice what you're feeling around your face and your neck in this now moment.

And then tuning in to the back of your head,

To the top of your head.

Noticing what sensations are present for you in this moment.

And now tuning in to your entire body,

From your head down to the tips of your toes.

Notice how your entire body feels in this moment.

And then tuning in to your body.

Asking your body,

What does it want to communicate with you in this moment?

And now just taking your hand,

Placing it on your heart.

Just giving thanks to your body for communicating to you.

Knowing it can always communicate to you.

Feel how you feel in this moment connecting to your body.

Being in silent presence with your body.

Now we're going to take three deep breaths before returning to this moment.

Breathe in through your nose.

Out through your mouth.

In through your nose.

Out through your mouth.

Last one.

Breathe deep in through your nose.

Out through your mouth.

And just giving again gratitude to yourself and your body.

Noticing the sounds that you can hear,

All the subtleties.

Tuning in to what you can smell.

Notice what you can taste.

And when you're ready you can slowly blink open your eyes and come back into your space.

And just take your time to look around you.

And as you look around you,

Just setting the intention to continue to deeply connect to your body.

Sending you love.

And I'll see you again.
