Find a comfortable position in a place where you will not be disturbed.
This can be sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes and allow your jaw and shoulders to soften.
Bring awareness to your breath as you release any and all tension.
With each inhale,
Envision bringing in love to yourself.
With each exhale,
Visualize releasing what no longer serves you.
Perhaps you will choose to perform the Hakini Mudra by bringing your hands together from the fingertips of your left hand to the corresponding fingertips of your right hand,
Leaving a space between your palms.
See yourself in one of your favorite outdoor places.
It can be anywhere you choose.
As you explore this place,
One of the most beautiful things on Earth occurs.
It's twilight.
As sunlight slowly gives way to darkness,
Both are in perfect balance for a short while.
As you observe the beauty of this moment,
Call to mind the times when you have felt balanced.
Balance is calming.
Invite the calmness you've experienced in times of balance.
Whenever you are seeking balance,
Simply visualize twilight.
At your own pace,
Begin bringing subtle movements into your fingers and toes,
And eventually into the rest of your body.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and take a deep breath.
You are balanced,
My dear friend.
The crow flies from me to thee to send the message,
Blessed Be.
Namaste.
