Begin this meditation in a comfortable position.

This can be sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes and spend some time focusing on your breath.

Concentrate on each inhale and each exhale.

Allow your muscles to relax,

Releasing any tension.

Breathe mindfully and allow your eyes and shoulders to soften.

Welcome,

Dear Capricorn.

You are so smart,

Trustworthy,

And in control of any situation.

You tend to follow rules and try to do everything perfectly.

But please don't get too caught up in those things.

You will always find your way to what you're wanting.

Even if it means swimming upstream.

The fact that you're so willing to dive deeply into what you're wanting shows that you are dedicated,

Trustworthy,

And definitely friend material.

You are loyal,

Loving,

And strong.

And I admire you for that,

My dear friend.

Take a moment to contemplate some of the elements I just mentioned.

And,

If they seem to apply to you,

Concentrate on how they do so.

How they have done so.

How they might do so in the future.

How you might grow them for your highest good and for the good of others.

Take everything your zodiac sign has given you and accept that offering.

Focus on your uniqueness without judging yourself.

Be yourself.

Be your true and wonderful self,

My dear friend.

At your own pace,

Begin to open your eyes.

Invite subtle movements into your fingers and toes as you awaken from this rest.

Return feeling well rested,

Relaxed.

As you come out of this meditation,

I invite you to again inhale calmness,

Exhale fear and negativity,

Inhale healing,

Exhale self-doubt and worry.

Take one more pause.
