You have finished your day.
The feet are resting.
Your back body may be resting on the floor or you may be in your bed.
If the mind keeps thinking about what happened,
What didn't happen today or about tomorrow,
You may still feel a sense of nervousness even though you are lying down.
Let's begin to slow down our mind by tuning into the breath.
Close your eyes and rest your hands on your belly.
Begin to notice the breath.
As you inhale the belly gets bigger and as you exhale the belly gets smaller.
Your hands send calming and peaceful energy to your body and your breath helps to let go of worry and nervousness.

Belly expands.
Exhale,
Belly gets smaller.
Take two more rounds of breath just like this.

You may say to yourself,
