My loved one,

You are loved.

Loved beyond conditions,

Loved beyond words,

You are loved.

This love surpasses stories that you created.

This love surpasses stories others created about you.

It is when we truly get to know our inner self,

Our inner wisdom,

We truly get to know ourselves,

And we become our best friend.

We awaken the love already inside of us by being still,

Noticing,

Observing,

Just like a best friend would do.

Let us open our hearts now.

Open our love for ourselves.

Take a few natural breaths.

Let the breath flow in and out through you,

Feeling and emptying the body.

As you exhale,

Let the body and mind release any negative thought patterns that you have created or that others have created about you.

If any words come to mind,

Release them one by one,

Emptying and releasing,

Because love always wins.

Let this love have power and strength.

Let love enable you to find peace in yourself exactly as you are.

You are complete.

You are loved,
