Grab a pen and paper and journal what you see,
Feel,
Hear,
And know throughout this meditation.
Don't worry about how it looks or if it makes sense.
Just allow the messages of the universe to flow into your being and out through your pen.
Imagine a column of light streaming down from above,
Surrounding your body and flowing into the earth beneath you.
In the center is a concentrated beam of light that flows down into the crown of your head and moves with purpose down the center of your body,
Grounding you to the earth.
The light surrounding your body expands out in all directions until your entire energy field is contained within this light.
Golden droplets of light begin to fall from above like a gentle snowfall.
As they draw closer you notice that each droplet begins to take shape.
Your spirit recognizes the symbols and shapes that every droplet of light holds.
Sit for a moment and take in this beauty that surrounds you.
As these golden symbols of light continue to float around you,
Begin to journal what comes to you,
Perhaps symbols,
Words,
Colors or sounds.
Maybe you receive the gift of stillness.
Receive what comes to you without attachment or interpretation.
The golden snowfall of light begins to slow until only stillness surrounds you.
The beam of light flowing down the center of your body softens as it grounds your energy The edges of the light begin to soften and expand until you can no longer perceive them.
Your breath deepens.
Your body begins to make gentle movements.
Your awareness settles back into your body and when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
