Close your eyes if you feel comfortable and take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs completely,
Then slowly exhale.
Begin by drawing your attention to your breath.
Notice its natural rhythm as it flows in and out.
With each inhale,
Invite in a sense of calm and clarity,
And with each exhale,
Let go of any tension or worries that may linger from yesterday.
Breathe deeply and steadily,
Allowing yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
Now bring to mind the energy you want to carry into your day.
What does empowerment feel like to you?
Is it loud confidence,
Calm strength,
Or the ability to face challenges with resilience?
Hold that feeling in your heart and let it grow with every breath.
