We will begin with a body scan and finish with affirmations.

Settle into a comfortable position in your bed and allow your body to sink deeply into the mattress.

Close your eyes and take a slow,

Deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with calming air.

As you exhale,

Release any tension or stress from the day,

Letting it drift away.

Do that one more time.

Take a deep breath in and feel the air expanding your lungs.

Exhale slowly,

Noticing the fall of your chest.

One last time,

Inhale deeply into your belly,

Keeping it soft.

Then breathe out gently,

Feeling the last bits of tension slip away into darkness.

Now,

Imagine a warm,

Golden light surrounding you.

This light is filled with a sense of abundance,

Prosperity,

And peace.

Visualize this golden light gently descending from above,

Touching the top of your head.

As it touches the crown of your head,
